WEDGE TYPE GROUND ANCHOR AND GROUND REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a ground anchor capable of reaming and a ground reinforcement method using the same. An objective of the present invention is to primarily expand an anchor body at the same time when a band tying the anchor body is removed from the anchor body before tension to settle in the ground to prevent the length of a settling unit from being too large and reinforce the ground. According to the present invention, the ground anchor capable of reaming comprises: a settling head (10); a tension line (20) connected to the settling head; two or more anchor bodies (30) of which the front ends are hinge-connected to the settling head; a band (40) to maintain a bending state by a safety pin (41) to enclose and restrict the anchor bodies and release the anchor bodies by detaching the safety pin; an anchor body expansion part (50) mounted between the anchor bodies to advance towards the settling head; and a primary expansion pulling line (60) fixed on the safety pin of the band and connected to the anchor body expansion part. Accordingly, the safety pin is detached from the band by pulling the primary expansion pulling line, and then the anchor body expansion part advances towards the settling head to primarily expand the anchor bodies. The settling head moves backwards by simultaneous tension of the tension line and the primary expansion pulling line, and the anchor body expansion part advances to mainly expand the anchor bodies.
본 발명은 확공이 가능한 그라운드 앵커 및 이를 이용한 지반 보강 방법에 관한 것으로, 인장 전에 앵커체를 묶은 밴드를 앵커체에서 제거하는 것과 동시에 앵커체를 1차 확장시켜 지반에 정착되도록 함으로써 정착부의 길이를 무리하게 크게 하지 않고 지반을 보강하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 확공이 가능한 그라운드 앵커는, 정착 헤드(10)와; 선단부가 상기 정착 헤드에 연결되는 인장선(20)과; 선단부가 상기 정착 헤드에 힌지 연결되는 2개 이상의 앵커체(30)와; 안전핀(41)에 의해 밴딩 상태를 유지하여 상기 앵커체들을 감싸 구속하는 한편 상기 안전핀의 탈락에 의해 상기 앵커체의 구속을 풀어주는 밴드(40)와; 상기 앵커체들 사이에 상기 정착 헤드를 향해 전진 가능하게 장착되는 앵커체 확장구(50)와; 상기 밴드의 안전핀에 고정되는 한편 상기 앵커체 확장구에 연결되는 1차 확장 당김선(60)을 포함하며, 이에 의하여, 상기 1차 확장 당김선의 당김에 의해 상기 안전핀이 상기 밴드에서 탈락된 후 상기 앵커체 확장구가 상기 정착 헤드를 향해 전진하여 상기 앵커체를 1차 확장시키며, 상기 인장선과 1차 확장 당김선의 동시 인장에 의해 상기 정착 헤드가 후진하는 한편 상기 앵커체 확장구가 전진하여 상기 앵커체를 본 확장시킨다.

The present invention relates to a ground anchor capable of reaming and a ground reinforcement method using the same. An objective of the present invention is to primarily expand an anchor body at the same time when a band tying the anchor body is removed from the anchor body before tension to settle in the ground to prevent the length of a settling unit from being too large and reinforce the ground. 본 발명은 확공이 가능한 그라운드 앵커 및 이를 이용한 지반 보강 방법에 관한 것으로, 인장 전에 앵커체를 묶은 밴드를 앵커체에서 제거하는 것과 동시에 앵커체를 1차 확장시켜 지반에 정착되도록 함으로써 정착부의 길이를 무리하게 크게 하지 않고 지반을 보강하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 확공이 가능한 그라운드 앵커는, 정착 헤드(10)와; 선단부가 상기 정착 헤드에 연결되는 인장선(20)과; 선단부가 상기 정착 헤드에 힌지 연결되는 2개 이상의 앵커체(30)와; 안전핀(41)에 의해 밴딩 상태를 유지하여 상기 앵커체들을 감싸 구속하는 한편 상기 안전핀의 탈락에 의해 상기 앵커체의 구속을 풀어주는 밴드(40)와; 상기 앵커체들 사이에 상기 정착 헤드를 향해 전진 가능하게 장착되는 앵커체 확장구(50)와; 상기 밴드의 안전핀에 고정되는 한편 상기 앵커체 확장구에 연결되는 1차 확장 당김선(60)을 포함하며, 이에 의하여, 상기 1차 확장 당김선의 당김에 의해 상기 안전핀이 상기 밴드에서 탈락된 후 상기 앵커체 확장구가 상기 정착 헤드를 향해 전진하여 상기 앵커체를 1차 확장시키며, 상기 인장선과 1차 확장 당김선의 동시 인장에 의해 상기 정착 헤드가 후진하는 한편 상기 앵커체 확장구가 전진하여 상기 앵커체를 본 확장시킨다.
