The present invention relates to a mobile concrete slab curing device which can cure concrete while the concrete is blocked from the outside during an initial curing period of the concrete in a process of constructing a concrete slab. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to provide a mobile concrete slab curing device which has several house frames to be overlapped or spread to facilitate movement and installation, is suitable when constructing a multi-story building, and can shorten construction periods. The present invention is used when constructing a multi-story building, an apartment house, a high-rise residential building, etc., can move a lower-floor concrete slab to a different place to store the concrete slab after finishing the concrete slab, and can shorten installation process time by facilitating reinstallation when constructing an upper-floor concrete slab. The present invention includes moving rollers on both ends of house frames to provide easiness of work of easily overlapping or spreading the house frames. The present invention can easily place or separate a transport unit storing several house frames in an overlapped state by installing a support on a form to allow quick installation while a concrete slab is constructed to shorten process time.
본 발명은 콘크리트 슬래브를 시공하는 과정에서 콘크리트의 초기 양생기간 동안 외부와 차단된 상태에서 양생이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 이동식 콘크리트 슬래브 양생장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로 수개의 하우스골조가 겹쳐지거나 펼쳐지도록 구성되어 이동 및 설치가 용이하며, 복층 건축물을 시공할 시 적합하며, 시공 기간을 단축할 수 있는 이동식 콘크리트 슬래브 양생장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 복층 건축물, 아파트, 주상복합 등을 건축 시 사용되며, 하층 콘크리트 슬래브를 완성한 후 다른 장소로 신속하게 이동시켜 보관할 수 있으며, 상층 콘크리트 슬래브를 시공할 시 재 설치가 용이하여 설치 공정시간을 단축할 수 있는 것이다. 본 발명은 하우스골조의 양단에 이동롤러를 구비하여 하우스골조를 손쉽게 겹치거나 펼칠 수 있는 작업의 용이함을 제공할 수 있는 것이다. 본 발명은 거푸집에 지지대를 설치하여 수개의 하우스골조가 겹쳐진 상태로 보관 중인 이송부를 용이하게 안착시키거나 분리할 수 있으므로 콘크리트 슬래브가 시공되는 층에 설치가 신속하게 이루어져 공정시간을 단축할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
