PROTECTIVE WALL FOR ROCK CRUSHING AND BUILDING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a protective wall for crushing rock and a building method thereof. According to the present invention, the protective wall for crushing rock comprises: an internal elastic member which is elastically installed by horizontally engaging both ends with an internal surface of a protective plate; an external elastic member which is elastically installed by horizontally engaging both ends with an external surface of the protective plate; and a connection elastic member which is elastically installed by successively horizontally connecting a left protective plate and a right protective plate of an H beam. The internal elastic member and the external elastic member are selectively engaged with a front surface and a rear surface of the protective plate, the engaged protective plates are piled up after being successively inserted into the parts between the H beams, and then the protective plates are horizontally connected by a support wire rope, thereby absorbing an initial impact energy to reduce the impact energy applied to the protective plates. In addition, the protective plates are elastically installed in duplicate to efficiently absorb the impact energy such that the protective efficiency can be maximized and connection elastic members horizontally connected can support the protective plates even if the protective plates are seriously damaged or injured, to protect the protective plates, thereby efficiently preventing the protective plates from invading the roads to suppress the occurrence of accidents.
본 발명은 암파쇄 방호벽 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 방호플레이트 내면에 수평으로 양단을 결합하여 탄력 설치하는 내부탄성부재와, 상기 방호플레이트 외면에 수평으로 양단을 결합하여 탄력 설치하는 외부탄성부재와, 상기 H빔의 좌우측 방호플레이트를 순차적으로 수평 연결하여 탄력 설치하는 연결탄성부재로 구성하되, 방호플레이트의 전후면에 내부탄성부재와 외부탄성부재를 선택적으로 결합한 다음 H빔 사이에 결합한 방호플레이트를 순차적으로 끼워 적층하고 방호플레이트를 지지와이어로프로 수평 연결하도록 구성하므로, 최초 충격에너지를 흡수하여 방호플레이트에 인가되는 충격에너지를 줄여주고 방호플레이트도 이중으로 탄력 설치하여 효율적으로 충격에너지를 흡수하므로 방호효율을 극대화할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 방호플레이트가 심각하게 훼손 또는 파손하더라도 수평으로 연결시킨 연결탄성부재가 이를 지지하여 방호플레이트를 보호함은 물론 효율적으로 도로침입을 저지하여 안전사고의 발생을 억제할 수 있는 효과가 있다,
