An Folding Door Frame With Outer Decoration Panel
The present invention relates to a folding door frame with an insulating finishing material comprising: a metallic frame (1) installed on a door frame to be folded and moved; and an insulating finishing material (2) coupled to both sides of the metallic frame (1). The frame (1) has a long slot (11) in a longitudinal direction on both sides and stopping protrusions (14) vertically protruding from the outer end of the slot (11). The insulating finishing material (2) is made of wood and has a coupling unit (21) provided on the inner surface thereof and inserted into the slot (11) formed on a side of the frame to be coupled in a meshing manner. The finishing material made of wood is conveniently mounted on both sides of the frame without a separate fastening means by inserting the coupling unit along a groove to improve work efficiency. The finishing material is made of wood to improve decoration to provide an elegant image to improve marketability and effectively prevent a condensation phenomenon by the insulating effect of wood.
본 발명은 단열 마감재를 구비한 폴딩도어 프레임에 관한 것으로, 문틀에 절첩 및 이동가능하게 설치되는 금속제 프레임(1)과, 그 양측부 각각에 결합되는 단열 마감재(2)를 구비하는 단열 마감재를 구비한 폴딩도어 프레임에 있어서, 상기 프레임(1)은 양측에 길이방향으로 길다란 슬로트(11)가 형성되고 그 슬로트(11)의 외측 단부에는 상하측으로 걸림턱(14)들이 돌출형성되어 있으며, 상기 단열 마감재(2)는 목재로 형성되고 그 내측면에 상기 프레임의 측부에 형성된 슬로트(11)에 삽입되어 맞물림 방식으로 결합되는 결합부(21)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 프레임 양측부 각각에서 목재로 된 마감재를 홈을 따라 결합부를 삽입하여 별도의 체결수단 없이 간편하게 장착하여 작업 효율성이 향상되고, 마감재가 목재로 되어 장식미가 향상되어 고급스런 이미지를 제공하여 상품성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 목재의 단열 효과에 의해 결로 현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
