TEMPORARY STRUCTURE OF SHEATHING HAVING MONITORING MEANS
The present invention relates to a temporary sheathing structure having a monitoring means, and more specifically, to a temporary sheathing structure having a monitoring means, which comprises: a sheathing wall installed along a bed excavation surface for supporting the bed excavation surface formed as the ground is excavated, as a pillar installed in a vertical direction to the ground surface; a wale installed on a front surface of the sheathing wall to make a rear surface come in contact with the front surface, to support the sheathing wall, to form an indented surface in a hemispherical shape on one area on a front surface, as a pillar installed in a horizontal direction to the ground surface; a spread beam whose one end unit is engaged with a front surface of the wale to support a soil pressure applied to the sheathing wall, whose one end unit has a protruding surface having a shape corresponding to the indented surface, and wherein on one area on a side surface adjacent to a border with the protruding surface formed is a bar-shaped engagement member extended in one direction toward an external side; and one or more supports as reinforcing material installed diagonally toward the wale and the spread beam for supporting the spread beam. The engagement members of the wale and the spread beam have an engagement hole at positions facing each other, and the wale and the spread beam are engaged by inserting a bolt member engaged with a spring member into the engagement hole.
본 발명은 모니터링 수단이 구비된 흙막이 가설 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는, 지면과 수직한 방향으로 설치되는 지주로서, 지반이 굴착됨에 따라 형성된 터파기 면을 지지하기 위해 터파기 면을 따라 설치되는 흙막이 벽; 지면과 수평한 방향으로 설치되는 지주로서, 흙막이 벽의 전면에 후면이 맞닿도록 설치되어 흙막이 벽을 지지하고, 전면 일 영역에는 반구 형상의 함몰면이 형성되어 있는 띠장; 띠장의 전면에 일 단부가 결합되어 흙막이 벽에 가해지는 토압을 지지하되, 일 단부에는 상기 함몰면에 대응되는 형상을 갖는 돌출면이 형성되고, 돌출면이 형성된 경계와 인접한 측면 일 영역에는 외측 일 방향으로 연장 형성된 바(Bar) 형상의 결합 부재를 포함하는 버팀보; 및 버팀보를 지지하기 위하여 띠장과 버팀보에 대하여 사선 방향으로 설치되는 보강재로서, 하나 이상의 버팀대;를 포함하되, 띠장과 버팀보의 결합 부재는 상호 대향되는 위치에 결합홀이 마련되어, 결합홀에 스프링 부재가 끼움 결합된 볼트 부재가 삽입됨으로써 상기 띠장과 상기 버팀보를 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
