MORTAR AGENT AND COMPACTION GROUTING METHOD THEREBY
The present invention relates to a dry mortar composition for compaction grouting and a compaction grouting method using the same, and more specifically, to a dry mortar composition for compaction grouting, which uses waste fluid sand discharged from power plants as aggregates, thereby replacing the aggregates with recycled resources, and which facilitates on-site quality control, and to a compaction grouting method using the same. According to the present invention, the dry mortar composition makes use of a large amount of poorly-utilized waste fluid sand discharged from power plants as aggregates; and can be supplied to the site in a dry packaged form ready to use with an addition of water, thus enabling convenient quality control. In addition, the present invention eliminates the need to damage natural resources in order to obtain aggregates.
본 발명은 압밀 그라우팅(Compaction Grouting) 공법용 건조 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 압밀 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 발전소에서 배출되는 폐유동사를 골재로서 사용함으로써 골재를 순환자원으로 대체할 수 있고 현장에서 품질관리가 용이한 압밀 그라우팅 공법용 건조 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 압밀 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로, 활용이 미흡한 발전소 폐유동사를 골재로 대량 활용할 수 있고 건식 포장 형태로 현장에 납품되어 현장에서 물만 부어 사용이 가능하기 때문에 품질관리가 용이한 장점이 있고, 또한 골재를 얻기 위하여 천연자원을 훼손하지 않아도 되는 유리한 효과도 있다.
