ACCELERATORS POWDER UNIFORM MIXTURE TYPE SHOTCRETE APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a shotcrete pouring apparatus for mixing and ejecting fluidized concrete and powder type accelerators. An ejection chamber (20) with an embedded rotor (30) is formed at a lower end of a tank (10) in which the accelerators are loaded, and the ejection chamber (20) is connected to an air pipe (21) and a discharge pipe (22), so that the accelerators quantitatively discharged into the ejection chamber (20) by the rotor (30) are discharged to the discharge pipe (22) by compressed air supplied through the air pipe (21), and input into a concrete conveying pipe (50) of the shotcrete pouring apparatus. Through the present invention, in ejecting the powder type accelerators into the fluidized concrete conveying pipe (50) of the shotcrete pouring device, powder type accelerators can be supplied quantitatively, and the accelerators in the conveying concrete can be uniformly distributed and mixed.
본 발명은 유동성 콘크리트와 분말상 급결제가 혼합 분출되는 숏크리트 타설장치에 관한 것으로, 급결제가 적재되는 탱크(10) 하단에 회전자(30)가 내장된 분출실(20)이 형성되고, 분출실(20)에는 송기관(21)과 배출관(22)이 연결되어, 회전자(30)에 의하여 분출실(20) 내부로 정량 배출된 급결제가 송기관(21)을 통하여 공급된 압축공기에 의하여 배출관(22)으로 배출된 후 숏크리트 타설 장치의 콘크리트 압송관(50)에 투입되는 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 숏크리트 타설장치의 유동성 콘크리트 압송관(50)에 분말상 급결제를 투입함에 있어서, 분말상 급결제의 정량 공급이 가능하며, 압송 콘크리트내 급결제가 균일하게 분포되어 혼합될 수 있다.
