FIRST FLUSH RAINWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS AND NONPOINT SOURCE POLLUTION TREATMENT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an apparatus for initial rainwater treatment and nonpoint pollution source reduction which uses a water storage tank for storing initial rainwater when it rains to purify floating and settling nonpoint pollutants includes in the initial rainwater, or purifies a nonpoint pollution source such as domestic sewage entering a river to reduce the pollutants of the nonpoint pollution source. The apparatus for initial rainwater treatment and nonpoint pollution source reduction comprises: a settling tank to store inflow raw water to allow pollutants to settle by a difference in specific gravity; a pretreatment filtering unit installed on the rear end of the settling tank to filter out pollutants by a filter medium of a flexible material having a plurality of air gaps; a constant backwashing filtering unit installed on the rear end of the pretreatment filtering unit to filter out foreign substances while pretreatment water discharged from the pretreatment filtering unit passes from the lower end of a sand filtering layer to the upper end of the sand filtering layer, clean sand at the lower end of the sand filtering layer while the sand is moved upwards through a sand transport pipe with air sprayed by an air spray unit, accumulate the cleaned sand again on the upper end of the sand filtering layer, and discharge cleaning water with foreign substances to a cleaning water pipe; and a filtered water storage unit installed on the rear end of the constant backwashing filtering unit to store filtered water filtered by passing through the sand filtering layer, and provided with a release port formed on the upper end thereof to release the filtered water. The present invention can provide high-quality filtered water by effectively filtering out pollutants of nonpoint pollution sources and initial rainwater, and maintain an optimal filtering state at all times since constant backwashing is carried out in the constant backwashing filtering unit without a separate backwashing process.
본 발명은 강우시 초기우수가 저류되는 저류조를 활용하여 초기우수에 포함된 부유 및 침전성의 비점오염물질을 정화처리하거나, 생활오수 등의 비점오염원이 하천으로 유입되는 것을 정화하여 비점오염원의 오염물질을 저감시키도록 하는 초기우수처리 및 비점오염원 저감장치에 대한 발명이다.본 발명은 유입되는 원수를 저장하여 비중의 차이에 의해 오염물질을 침전시키는 침전조; 상기 침전조의 후단에 설치되어 다수의 공극을 가진 신축성 재질의 여재에 의해 오염물질을 여과하는 전처리여과부; 상기 전처리여과부의 후단에 설치되어 상기 전처리여과부로부터 배출되는 전처리수가 모래여과층 하단부에서 상단부로 통과하면서 이물질이 걸러져 여과되며, 상기 모래여과층의 하단부의 모래가 에어분사부에 의해 분사되는 에어와 함께 모래이송관을 통해 상부로 이동되면서 세척이 되고, 세척된 모래는 상기 모래여과층의 상단부에 다시 적층되며 이물질과 함께 세척수는 세척수배관으로 배출되도록 하는 상시역세척여과부; 및 상기 상시역세척여과부의 후단에 설치되어 상기 모래여과층을 통과하여 여과된 여과수를 저장하며, 상단부에는 여과수를 방류하기 위한 방류구가 형성되는 여과수저장부;를 포함할 수 있다.본 발명은 초기우수 및 비점오염원의 오염물질을 효과적으로 여과처리하여 양질의 여과수를 제공할 수 있으며, 미세 이물질이 걸러지는 상시역세척여과부에서는 별도의 역세척 공정이 필요없이 상시 역세척이 이루어지므로 항상 최적의 여과상태를 유지할 수 있다.
