METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING WATERPROOF ANTICORROSION LAYER USING COMPOSITION BASED ON POROUS GLASS
A method for constructing a waterproof anti-corrosion layer using a composition based on porous glass includes the following steps of: forming a non-woven fabric layer on a concrete foundation layer, an upper portion of a wall or a metal surface; forming a first waterproof anti-corrosion layer on the non-woven fabric layer; forming a second waterproof anti-corrosion layer on the first waterproof anti-corrosion layer; and forming a third waterproof anti-corrosion layer on the second waterproof anti-corrosion layer. The first waterproof anti-corrosion layer includes waterproof agents, cement and water. The second waterproof anti-corrosion layer and the third waterproof anti-corrosion layer includes the porous glass, ceramic and pulp in addition to the composition of the first waterproof anti-corrosion layer.
다공성 유리 기반의 조성물을 이용한 방수 방식층 시공방법에 있어서, 콘크리트 바탕면, 벽체 상부 또는 금속 표면에 부직포층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 부직포층상에 제1 방수 방식층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제1 방수 방식층상에 제2 방수 방식층 형성하는 단계 및 상기 제2 방수 방식층상에 제3 방수 방식층의 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1 방수 방식층은 방수제, 시멘트 및 물을 포함하고, 상기 제2 방수 방식층과 제3 방수 방식층은 제1 방수 방식층의 조성물에 다공성 유리, 세라믹 및 펄프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
