To this end, according to the present invention, the mold for a dome-type artificial fish reef comprises: a flange-type mold panel part disposed on the lower part of a dome-type panel part and a separation member mold panel part disposed on the lower part of the flange-type mold panel part. The dome-type mold panel part includes an inclined penetration member and a vertical penetration member disposed in an inner dome-type mold panel and an outer dome-type mold panel to include a dome-type space part. The flange-type mold panel part includes an inner ring-type mold panel vertically and integrally disposed on the lower part of the inner dome-type mold panel, and a ring-type upper mold panel is externally disposed on the lower end part of the outer dome-type mold panel. An outer ring-type mold panel parallel to the inner ring-type mold panel is disposed on the outer end part of the ring-type upper mold panel in a vertical lower side, a ring-type lower mold panel is disposed on the lower part of the inner ring-type mold panel and the lower part of the outer ring-type mold panel to form a flange-type space part, and the separation member mold panel part includes a recessed groove having an open upper part formed in the ring-type lower mold panel. Accordingly, upwelling current can smoothly flow, and thus a reef with an optimal structure that can protect a spawning or inhabitation place for fishes or shells and protect fries, adult fishes, and the like can be manufactured.
