본 발명은 일단에 제1바가 결합된 수용소켓의 수용공간 내부에 제2바의 확대 헤드 타측에 관통 결합되는 고정캡을 삽입하여 결합함으로써 이웃하는 철근을 쉽게 이음할 수 있고, 철근을 밀착 결합하여 인장력 및 압축력에 대해 하중을 안정적으로 전달할 수 있으며, 다양한 지름의 철근을 자유롭게 이음할 수 있는 철근 기계식 이음구에 대한 것이다.본 발명 철근 기계식 이음구는 일단에는 제1바가 결합되고, 타단에는 단부에 확대 형성된 확대 헤드가 형성된 제2바의 상기 확대 헤드가 수용되어 저면에 밀착 지지되도록 전방에 수용공간이 형성되고, 외주면에는 수나사산이 형성된 수용소켓; 및 내주면에 암나사산이 형성되어 상기 수용소켓의 타단이 내부에 나사 결합되는 것으로 중앙에 상기 제2바가 관통되도록 관통공이 형성되는 원통 형상의 고정캡; 및 상기 고정캡과 확대 헤드의 사이에 구비되어 고정캡의 가압에 의해 확대 헤드를 수용소켓 내에 고정하는 것으로 수용공간의 내부에서 평면상 위치 조정이 가능하게 구비되는 가압구; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a mechanical rebar coupler which is able to easily couple neighboring rebars by inserting and coupling a fixing cap, which penetrates to be coupled to the other side of an expansion head of a second bar, into an accommodation space of an accommodation socket with a first bar coupled to one end thereof, to transfer a load against tensile force and compression force in a stable manner by coupling and making the rebars come in full contact with each other, and to freely couple rebars with various diameters. According to the present invention, the mechanical rebar coupler comprises: an accommodation socket which has a first bar coupled to one end and an accommodation space formed on a front side so that an expansion head of a second bar, which is formed on the end part by expanding, is accommodated in the other end to come in full contact with and supported by a lower surface, and also has a male screw thread formed on an outer circumferential surface; a cylindrical fixing cap which has a female screw thread formed on an inner circumferential surface such that the other end of the accommodation socket is coupled to the inside by screws, and a penetrating hole formed in the center to be penetrated by the second bar; and a pressurizer placed between the fixing cap and the expansion head to fix the expansion head in the accommodation socket by pressurizing of the fixing cap, and provided to have adjustable position controlled on the plane in the accommodation space.
