Provided is a high-specific gravity concrete composition for an offshore concrete structure, which is required for manufacturing, installing, and reinforcing an offshore concrete structure, which can be used to prepare for a rapid climate change and prevent huge damages. According to the present invention, the high-specific gravity concrete composition comprises 23.0-43.0 wt% of fine aggregate (S), 23.6-32.0 wt% of coarse aggregate (G), 15.1-17.0 wt% of mixed cement (C1), 10.0-15.0 wt% of red clay powder (C2), 4.2-7.0 wt% of water (W), and 4.1-6.0 wt% of an AD admixture (AD); and has a unit volume weight of 2,801-2,809 kg/m^3 and a compressive strength of 35-43.9 MPa.
