The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a semi-incombustible insulation sheet and a semi-incombustible insulation sheet manufactured thereby. A method for manufacturing a semi-incombustible insulation sheet according to the present invention comprises: a mixing step of mixing an incombustible material in the form of powder, an insulation material in the form of microscopic hollow sphere powder, and a cross-linking agent for coupling the incombustible material and the insulation material; a stirring step of heating a mixture discharged in the mixing step, and stirring the same; an extrusion step of extruding the mixture discharged in the stirring step in the form of a sheet, and molding the same; and a compression step of compressing the mixture in the form of a sheet molded in the extrusion step in a thickness direction.
본 발명은 준불연성 단열 시트 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 준불연성 단열 시트에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 준불연성 단열 시트 제조방법은 분말 형태의 불연재, 미세중공체(microscopic hollow sphere) 분말 형태의 단열재 및 상기 불연재와 단열재의 결합을 위한 가교제를 혼합하는 혼합단계;와, 상기 혼합단계에서 배출된 혼합물을 가열 및 교반하는 교반단계;와, 상기 교반단계에서 배출된 혼합물을 시트 형태로 압출 성형하는 압출단계; 및 상기 압출단계에서 성형된 시트 형태의 혼합물을 두께 방향으로 압축하는 압축단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
