The present invention relates to a beam form for an undisassemblable structure. To this end, according to the present invention, the beam form (100) for the undisassemblable structure is provided. The form (100) comprises: a frame member (110) which directly comes in contact with concrete, and allows concrete to be placed and hardened inside; a plurality of stirrups (120) placed in the frame member (110) at regular distances for reinforcing the power against destruction by shearing force and for preventing cracks; and a main bar (130) which is a tensile rebar assembled and installed on the stirrups (120) and placed towards a tensile force generated by a torsion moment. As such, the present invention is able to simply attach a rebar holder to the frame member to use it, to immediately respond to the specifications demanded by the designer, to use rebar stirrups, to remove the frame member, to reinforce insulation, to greatly improve quality and reliability of the form, to meet various desires (needs) of workers who are the users, and to make a good image of the products.
본 발명은 무 해체 구조용 보 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 무 해체 구조용 보 거푸집(100)을 제공하는 것으로, 상기 거푸집(100)은, 콘크리트에 직접 접촉하면서 내부에 콘크리트가 타설되어 굳어지도록 한 형틀부재(110); 형틀부재(110)의 내부에 일정 간격으로 복수개가 구비되며, 전단력에 의한 파괴에 대한 보강 역할과 균열을 방지하는 스터럽(stirrup)(120); 및 스터럽(stirrup)(120)에 조립 설치되며, 휨 모멘트에 의해 생기는 장력에 대하여 배치된 인장 철근인 주근(130);이 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 형틀부재에 철근거치대를 간단하게 부착하여 사용할 수 있고, 설계자가 요구하는 사양에 즉시 대응할 수 있고, 철근 스트럽 사용과 형틀부재 탈형 가능 그리고 단열을 보강할 수 있도록 한 것이고, 이로 인해 거푸집의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자인 작업자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
