Provided is a modified recycled asphalt composition using waste extraction-molded cement to prevent cost increase due to use of a large amount of additives and modifiers. According to the present invention, the recycled asphalt composition comprises cyclic aggregate with large, middle, and small diameters, a filler, a binder, emulsified asphalt, a recycling agent, and a mixed solution. Waste extraction-molded cement aggregate, which is formed by pulverizing waste extraction-molded cement made through first curing and second curing at a particle size of 8 mm or less, is applied as the cyclic aggregate of the small particle size of the cyclic aggregate, wherein the waste extraction-molded cement comprises 5-20 parts by weight of cement and 75-93 parts by weight of fly ash, and 3-5 parts by weight of the waste extraction-molded cement aggregate are included in the cyclic aggregate with respect to the total weight of the cyclic aggregate. The filler and the binder are applied to waste extraction-molded cement powder which is made by pulverizing waste extraction-molded cement made through first curing and second curing, wherein the waste extraction-molded cement comprises 5-20 parts by weight of cement, 75-93 parts by weight of fly ash, and 2 parts by weight of artificial fiber applying polypropylene fiber and 6-8 parts by weight of the waste extraction-molded cement powder are included in the cyclic aggregate with respect to the total weight of the cyclic aggregate.
폐압출성형시멘트를 이용한 개질 재생아스팔트 조성물이 제공된다. 제공된 재생 아스팔트 조성물은 상,중,하의 입경을 갖는 순환골재, 채움재 및 결합제, 유화아스팔트, 재생첨가제 및 혼합액을 포함하되, 상기 순환골재에는 시멘트 5~20중량부와 플라이애쉬 75~93중량부를 주원료로 하여 1,2차 양생제조된 폐압출성형시멘트를 입경 8mm 이하로 파쇄한 폐압출성형시멘트골재를 하입경 순환골재로 적용하되, 상기 폐압출성형시멘트골재는 상기 순환골재 전체 중량부에 대하여 3~5중량부로 포함되고, 상기 채움재 및 결합제는 시멘트 5~20중량부와 플라이애쉬 75~93중량부와 폴리프로필렌섬유가 적용되는 인조섬유제 2중량부를 포함하며 1,2차 양생제조된 폐압출성형시멘트를 미쇄분으로 파쇄한 폐압출성형시멘트미쇄분을 적용하되, 상기 폐압출성형시멘트미쇄분은 상기 순환골재 전체 중량부에 대하여 6~8중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
