The present invention provides a reinforcing bar coupler which can easily assemble and disassemble components making up a reinforcing bar coupler. The reinforcing bar coupler comprises: a coupler body consisting of a workpiece obtained by machining a round bar, and including a feeding hole penetrating the center thereof and allowing a reinforcing bar to be inserted thereinto, and a coupling unit formed on the inner circumferential surface of the lower end of the feeding hole; a plurality of fixing panels which are arranged on the feeding hole, and include a plurality of fixing protrusions fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing bar by the inner circumferential surface thereof, a spring support unit being provided on the lower end thereof and supporting to place the upper end of a spring thereon, and an elastic groove formed on the outer surface thereof to create a bending operation; a reinforcing bar support member provided to be tightly attached to the circumferential surface of the lower end of the plurality of fixing panels, wherein an upper portion thereof is formed to be opened to insert an end of the reinforcing bar thereinto; a connection member allowing the coupler body to be coupled to an upper and a lower portion thereof, and supporting to connect two reinforcing bars by the coupler body; and a spring having a support bar extended from the lower end thereof and formed to be bent toward the center to prevent the reinforcing bar support member from being dislodged by an insertion pressure of a reinforcing bar, wherein the upper end thereof is tightly attached to the spring support unit, and the lower end thereof is placed in the connection member.
본 발명은 철근 커플러를 제공하는 것으로, 환봉을 가공한 가공물로 이루어지되, 중앙부를 관통하며 철근이 삽입되는 투입홀과, 상기 투입홀의 하단부 내주면에 형성되는 결합부를 포함하는 커플러 본체; 상기 투입홀에 배치되며, 내주면으로 상기 철근의 외주면에 고정되는 다수개의 고정돌기와, 하단부에 구성되고 스프링의 상단부가 안착되도록 지지하는 스프링 지지부와, 외면에 형성되며 휨 작동이 발생하도록 구성되는 탄성홈으로 구성된 다수개의 고정패널; 상기 다수개의 고정패널의 하단부 원주면에 밀착되게 구성되며, 상부가 개구되게 형성되어 상기 철근의 끝단부가 삽입되는 철근 지지부재; 상부 및 하부에 각각 상기 커플러 본체가 결합되고, 2개의 철근이 상기 커플러 본체에 의해 연결될 수 있도록 지지하는 연결부재; 및 상단부가 상기 스프링 지지부와 밀착되고, 하단부가 상기 연결부재의 내부에 안착되며, 상기 하단부에 연장 형성되되, 중심측으로 절곡되게 형성되어 상기 철근 지지부재가 철근의 인입 압력에 의해 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 받침바가 형성된 스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention provides a reinforcing bar coupler which can easily assemble and disassemble components making up a reinforcing bar coupler. The reinforcing bar coupler comprises: a coupler body consisting of a workpiece obtained by machining a round bar, and including a feeding hole penetrating the center thereof and allowing a reinforcing bar to be inserted thereinto, and a coupling unit formed on the inner circumferential surface of the lower end of the feeding hole; a plurality of fixing panels which are arranged on the feeding hole, and include a plurality of fixing protrusions fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing bar by the inner circumferential surface thereof, a spring support unit being provided on the lower end thereof and supporting to place the upper end of a spring thereon, and an elastic groove formed on the outer surface thereof to create a bending operation; a reinforcing bar support member provided to be tightly attached to the circumferential surface of the lower end of the plurality of fixing panels, wherein an upper portion thereof is formed to be opened to insert an end of the reinforcing bar thereinto; a connection member allowing the coupler body to be coupled to an upper and a lower portion thereof, and supporting to connect two reinforcing bars by the coupler body; and a spring having a support bar extended from the lower end thereof and formed to be bent toward the center to prevent the reinforcing bar support member from being dislodged by an insertion pressure of a reinforcing bar, wherein the upper end thereof is tightly attached to the spring support unit, and the lower end thereof is placed in the connection member.
본 발명은 철근 커플러를 제공하는 것으로, 환봉을 가공한 가공물로 이루어지되, 중앙부를 관통하며 철근이 삽입되는 투입홀과, 상기 투입홀의 하단부 내주면에 형성되는 결합부를 포함하는 커플러 본체; 상기 투입홀에 배치되며, 내주면으로 상기 철근의 외주면에 고정되는 다수개의 고정돌기와, 하단부에 구성되고 스프링의 상단부가 안착되도록 지지하는 스프링 지지부와, 외면에 형성되며 휨 작동이 발생하도록 구성되는 탄성홈으로 구성된 다수개의 고정패널; 상기 다수개의 고정패널의 하단부 원주면에 밀착되게 구성되며, 상부가 개구되게 형성되어 상기 철근의 끝단부가 삽입되는 철근 지지부재; 상부 및 하부에 각각 상기 커플러 본체가 결합되고, 2개의 철근이 상기 커플러 본체에 의해 연결될 수 있도록 지지하는 연결부재; 및 상단부가 상기 스프링 지지부와 밀착되고, 하단부가 상기 연결부재의 내부에 안착되며, 상기 하단부에 연장 형성되되, 중심측으로 절곡되게 형성되어 상기 철근 지지부재가 철근의 인입 압력에 의해 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 받침바가 형성된 스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
