Concrete slab crack repair method
The present invention relates to a concrete slab crack repair method which checks the type of crack formed on a slab having a space existing on an upper and a lower portion or both sides thereof in advance to repair the corresponding crack. More specifically, the concrete slab crack repair method comprises: (1) a step of installing an injection member including a first injection body attached to the upper surface of a slab to communicate with a plurality of cracks formed on the slab and a second injection body attached to the lower surface of the slab; (2) a step of injecting hot air into the first injection body, and checking the second injection body reacting to the temperature of the corresponding hot air to sort a first crack continuing from the upper surface of the slab to the lower surface and a second crack which does not continue; (3) a step of injecting a repair solution into the first crack to check an injection degree in the second injection body through the first injection body communicating with the checked first crack; and (4) a step of carrying out finishing work on the upper and lower surfaces of the slab.
본 발명은 상부와 하부 또는 양측에 공간이 존해하는 슬라브에 형성된 크랙의 종류를 미리 확인하여 해당 크랙의 보수를 실시할 수 있는 콘크리트 슬라브 크랙 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 1)슬라브에 형성된 다수의 크랙과 연통되게 상기 슬라브 상면에 부착되는 제1주입체와 상기 슬라브 하면에 부착되는 제2주입체를 포함하는 주입부재를 설치하는 단계와, 2)상기 제1주입체에 온풍을 주입하되 해당 온풍의 온도에 반응하는 상기 제2주입체를 확인하여 상기 슬라브 상면에서 하면까지 이어지는 제1크랙과 이어지지 않는 제2크랙을 선별하는 단계와, 3)확인된 상기 제1크랙과 연통하는 상기 제1주입체를 통해 상기 제2주입체에서 주입정도를 확인할 수 있게 상기 제1크랙 내부에 보수액을 주입하는 단계 및 4)상기 슬라브 상면과 하면에 각각 마감작업을 실시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
