NOISE BARRIER PANEL WITH TRANSPARENT PANELS TO PROTECT SPATTERING BIRD STRIKE
A transparent soundproofing panel having a protective film for scattering prevention and bird collision prevention of the present invention mounts an adjusting member on a frame surrounding the entire edge of the transparent panel and adjusts a thickness of the transparent soundproofing panel by the adjusting member, thereby adjusting the thickness of the transparent soundproofing panel and stably fixing the transparent soundproofing panel when a space between flanges forming an H-beam is wide. Thus, the transparent soundproofing panel can be prevented from being damaged or deformed so that durability can be increased. Also, the protective film is attached to the transparent panel by UV stiffening resin and is configured to absorb or reflect ultraviolet rays which can be identified by birds. Thus, the transparent soundproofing panel can increase effects of scattering prevention and bird collision prevention. The protective film includes: a high-transparent sheet for scattering prevention; and a processing agent or a coating agent containing UV preventing agents, UV reflecting agents and UV stabilizers so that the effects of scattering prevention and bird collision prevention can be further increased.
본 발명은 투명판의 전체 가장자리를 감싸는 프레임에 조절 부재를 장착하고, 이 조절 부재로 투명 방음 패널의 두께를 조절할 수 있게 구성하므로, H 빔을 구성하는 플랜지 사이가 넓더라도 투명 방음 패널의 두께를 조절하여 안정적으로 고정하여 투명 방음 패널이 파손되거나 변형이 발생하지 않게 하여 내구성을 높일 수 있다. 한편, 투명판에 UV 경화 수지로 보호 필름을 부착하되, 조류가 식별할 수 있는 자외선을 흡수하거나 반사할 수 있게 구성하므로, 비산 방지와 조류 충돌 방지 효과를 높일 수 있게 한다. 이때, 비산 방지를 위한 고투명 시트에, 자외선 차단제와 자외선 반사제 그리고 자외선 안정제를 포함하는 처리제나 코팅제를 포함하여 보호 필름을 구성하여 비산 방지와 조류 충돌 방지 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있다.
