The present invention relates to a corrugated steel plate constructing structure with easy construction and a constructing method thereof, which can more easily perform a field constructing work of a corrugated steel plate of a soundproof tunnel, and can maintain a stable support state of a corrugated steel plate. To this end, according to the corrugated steel plate constructing structure in which a corrugated steel plate (50) forming a ceiling of a soundproof tunnel is supported by a truss upper chord (10), a support bracket (20) formed in a cross-sectional structure of a C-shape is welded and fixed to the truss upper chord (10). A guide frame (30) having a predetermined length is fastened to an upper part of the support brackets (20) in order to connect the support brackets (20). A waterproof block (40) of a buffer material is coupled to an upper part of the guide frame (30), and an upper surface of a waterproof block (40) is formed with a corrugated unit (41) having the same corrugated shape as that of a corrugated steel plate (50) to seat the corrugated steel plate (50).
본 발명은 시공이 용이한 파형강판 시공구조 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 방음터널용 파형강판의 현장 시공작업이 보다 용이하게 이루어질 수 있게 됨과 함께 파형강판의 안정적인 지지상태가 유지될 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 방음터널의 천정을 이루는 파형강판(50)이 트러스 상현재(10)에 지지되는 파형강판 지지구조에 있어서, 상기 상현재(10)에는 "ㄷ"형상의 단면 구조를 이루는 지지브라켓(20)이 용접 고정되고; 상기 지지브라켓(20) 상부에는 복수의 지지브라켓(20)을 연결하기 위해 일정 길이를 이루는 가이드프레임(30)이 체결 구성되며; 상기 가이드프레임(30) 상부에는 완충재질의 방수블럭(40)이 결합 구성되되, 상기 방수블럭(40)의 상면은 파형강판(50)과 동일한 파형의 형상을 이루는 파형부(41)가 형성되어 파형강판(50)이 안착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
