APPARATUS AUTOMATICALLY FOR ASSEMBLING A BUILDING PANEL
The present invention relates to a device for automatically assembling plywood of building panels. More specifically, the device for automatically assembling plywood of building panels closely supports a back side of a building panel (2) in an upper part of a work die (5) by a back supporting unit (10) while forwardly moving the same; stops and arranges a front side by a stopper (30) elevated by a first cylinder (31), and pushes a front end of combining plywood (3) at the same time to closely arrange the front end to a back end of a combining groove (2a) of an upper part of the building panel; and pressurizes an upper part of a front side of the combining plywood (3) by a pressure roller (40) elevated by a second cylinder (41) on an upper part of the front side of the building panel, to be combined with the combining groove (2a) of an upper part of the building panel and transferred to a transfer conveyor (50) to be discharged. Since the plywood is uniformly pressurized in the upper part of the building panel and is automatically combined, assembling work can be simply performed without damaging the combining plywood and excellent assembling quality can be provided compared to a conventional device.
본 발명은 건축용 패널의 합판 자동조립장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 작업 다이(5) 상부에서 건축용 패널(2)의 후방을 후방 지지부(10)에 의해 밀착 지지 및 전진 이동시키면서 전방을 제1 실린더(31)에 의해 승하강하는 스토퍼(30)에 의해 스톱 정렬시킴과 동시에 결합 합판(3)의 선단을 밀어 건축용 패널 상부의 결합홈(2a) 후단에 밀착 정렬시키고, 상기 건축용 패널의 전방 상부에서 제2 실린더(41)에 의해 승하강하는 가압 롤러(40)에 의해 결합 합판(3)의 전방 상부를 가압하여 건축용 패널 상부의 결합홈(2a)에 결합 작동함과 함께 이송 컨베이어(50)로 이송 배출하도록 하므로 건축용 패널 상부에서 합판을 균등하게 가압하면서 자동 결합하기 때문에 결합 합판의 손상이 없으면서 조립 작업이 간단함은 물론 종래보다 우수한 조립 품질을 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
