PERPENDICULATITY MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND STEEL PILE CONSTRUCTION METHID THEREOF
The present invention relates to a steel pipe pile verticality measuring apparatus and a steel pipe pile verticality measuring method using the same. According to the present invention, since highest and lowest water levels are measured and verticality of a pile is measured, accurate verticality can be measured. The steel pipe pile verticality measuring apparatus of the present invention installed in an outer area of a large-diameter steel pipe pile (10) includes: a plurality of water level sensors (100) installed on the outside of a head of the pile (10); a collection device (200) collecting data of the water level sensor (100); and a processing device (400) processing the data collected in the collection device (200) and transmitting the data to a user terminal (300). A plurality of water level sensors (100) are coupled to the pile (10) in a magnetic coupling structure, and installed at mutual intervals along the circumferential direction of the pile (10). In this case, the water level sensor (100) of the present invention is coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile (10) in a magnetic manner. The water level sensor (100) includes: a pair of main body units (110) which are spaced apart from each other and installed along the circumferential direction; a liquid (120) filled in the main body unit (110); and a floating sensor (130) floating by the liquid (120). It is preferable that the pair of main body units (110) are interconnected by a communication pipe (500) so that the liquid (120) filled therein may be interchanged with each other.
대구경 강관 파일(10)의 외측 영역에 설치되는 본원발명의 강관파일 수직도 측정장치는 파일(10)의 두부 외측에 복수개로 설치되는 수위센서(100); 수위센서(100)의 데이터를 수집하는 수집장치(200); 수집장치(200)에 모인 데이터를 처리하고, 사용자단말(300)로 전송하는 처리장치(400);를 포함하되, 복수의 수위센서(100)는 마그네틱 결합구조로 파일(10)에 결합됨과 아울러, 파일(10)의 원주방향을 따라 상호 간격을 두고 복수가 설치된다. 이 경우, 본 발명의 수위센서(100)는 마그네틱 방식으로 강관 파일(10)의 외주면에 결합되는데, 수위센서(100)는 원주방향을 따라 상호 이격되어 설치되는 한 쌍의 본체부(110); 본체부(110)의 내부에 충전된 액체(120); 액체(120)에 의해 부유되는 플로팅센서(130);를 포함하되, 한 쌍의 본체부(110)는 내부에 충전된 액체(120)가 상호 교류되도록 연통관(500)에 의해 상호 연결된 것이 바람직하다.
