The present invention relates to a room opening/closing device. With the present invention, a user can open a door with ease, convenience, and smoothness by using minimum components. In addition, the linear motion of a handle is converted into a rotary motion and latch bolt insertion can be facilitated. The room opening/closing device includes: a station unit having leg portions and inserted into and fixed to the door; an operating lever rotatably connected to the station unit, configured to open the latch bolt as a result of the rotation, and having an eccentric shaft; a link lever guiding the rotational movement of the eccentric shaft; a rotating lever coupled to the handle at one end, coupled to the link lever at the other end, and configured to rotate the operating lever by linearly moving the link lever in accordance with the push-pull direction of the handle; and an outer case integrally coupled to the station unit.
본 발명은 최소한의 구성 부품을 이용하여 사용자가 적은 힘으로 편리하고 부드럽게 도어를 개방할 수 있고, 손잡이의 직선 운동을 회전 운동으로 전환하여 래치볼트의 인입을 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 방 개폐 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 복수의 레그부를 가지고, 도어 내에 삽입 고정되는 스테이션 유닛; 상기 스테이션 유닛에 회전 가능하도록 연결되고, 상기 회전에 따라 래치볼트를 개방시키도록 구성되며, 편심축이 형성되는 작동 레버; 상기 편심축의 회전 이동을 가이드하는 링크 레버; 일단이 손잡이와 결합되고, 타단이 상기 링크 레버와 결합되며, 상기 손잡이의 푸쉬풀 방향에 따라 상기 링크 레버를 직선 운동시켜 상기 작동 레버가 회전 운동 하도록 구성되는 회전 레버; 및 상기 스테이션 유닛과 일체로 결합되는 외부 케이스를 포함하는 방 개폐 장치가 제공된다.
