A medical treatment booth according to a disclosed embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body partitioning an internal space capable of accommodating a patient and including a door capable of opening/closing an entrance connected to the internal space; a pump configured to exhaust the air of the internal space so that sound pressure is applied to the internal space; a filter filtering viruses from the air discharged from the internal space to the outside by an operation of the pump; a diagnostic tool provided through the inside and outside the body so that one end is located in the internal space and the other end is located outside; a display device configured to output a first display indicating a state that the internal space is being disinfected and a second display indicating that the disinfection of the internal space is completed; and a fixing device forming the edge of a hole formed to penetrate the inside and outside the body and including a fixing stand configured to fix a first glove worn when a user puts a hand into the internal space through the hole from the outside. The fixing stand includes a first glove fixing unit protruding outward to fix the first glove and a second glove fixing unit protruding inward to fix a second glove, which surrounds the first glove in the internal space, to be detachable in the fixing stand.
