The sound absorbing and sound insulating board using semi-non-combustible fabrics and woods also manufactures a frame so that a plurality of spaces can be formed between the lumber woods, thereby efficiently absorbing and insulating noises when the noises occur in order to remarkably reduce the damage caused by the noises.
본 발명은, 실내마감재로 사용되는 보드에 준불연 처리된 패브릭과 각목 목재를 사용함으로써 실내 화재 발생시 화재로 인한 피해 저감 및 화염의 확산방지에 기여하고, 각목 사이에 다수의 공간이 형성되도록 프레임을 제작함으로써 소음 발생시 이를 효율적으로 흡음 및 차음시켜 소음에 의한 피해를 현저하게 줄일 수 있는, 준불연 패브릭과 목재를 사용한 흡음 및 차음보드를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
