Fire door manufacturing method and fire door by the manufacturing
The present invention relates to a fire door, which is installed on an entrance for entering indoors and outdoors and an emergency passage. More specifically, the fire door is manufactured by forming a flame resistant coating layer and a flame resistant adhering layer on one surface of a panel for manufacturing the fire door in order, allowing the flame resistant coating layer and the flame resistant adhering layer to be positioned on an inner surface of the fire door, and inserting a honeycomb core thereinto, wherein the flame resistant coating layer is formed by being compressed and dried in a high density state through a heating roller after paint and insulation are mixed and applied and the flame resistant adhering layer is configured to have increased bonding and fixing force with the core by mixing the insulation with flame retardant adhesives to apply the same, thereby improving flame resistant and fireproof performance with respect to the fire door due to the double flame resistant coating layer using the insulation which is powder of a microscopic hollow sphere, increasing insulating and soundproofing effects, and preventing dew condensation. In the fire door, the double flame resistant coating layer is formed on the inner surface of the fire door not to be exposed at all from the outside and not to affect the overall thickness of the fire door at all, thereby being very reasonable.
본 발명은 실내,외를 드나들기 위한 출입구나 비상시의 통로에 설치되는 방화문에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 방화문 제작을 위한 패널의 일면에 방염도장층과 방염접착층을 순차 형성하고, 상기 방염도장층과 방염접착층이 방화문의 내면에 위치하는 동시에 내부에 하니콤 코어를 삽입하여 된 방화문을 제작하되, 상기 방염도장층은 페인트와 인슐레드를 혼합하여 도포한 후 가열롤러를 통해 밀도 높은 상태로 압축 및 건조시켜 형성하고, 상기 방염접착층은 난연접착제에 인슐레드를 혼합하여 도포 형성하여 코어와의 접착 고정력이 증대되도록 구성함에 따라, 미세중공체(microscopic hollow sphere) 분말인 인슐레드를 이용한 이중의 방염도포층으로 인해 방화문에 대한 방염 및 방화 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 것이고, 더불어 단열 및 방음 효과가 상승되는 동시에 결로 예방의 효과가 있는 것이며, 이중의 방염도포층은 방화문의 내면에 형성되는 것으로 외부에서 전혀 드러나지 않을 뿐만 아니라 방화문의 전체 두께에도 전혀 영향을 끼치지 아니하므로 매우 합리적인 것이다.
