본 발명은 옥상슬라브의 방수층 보수보강방법 및 방수구조에 관한 것으로서, 옥상슬라브의 상부 또는 옥상슬라브의 기존 방수층을 제거하거나 방수액 주입을 위해 기존 방수층을 천공할 필요없이 옥상슬라브의 기존 방수층을 짧은 시간내에 효율적으로 보수보강할 수 있음은 물론 '＃'형상으로 형성되는 상기 보강섬유층을 통해 복수의 신규 방수층의 열수축팽창현상을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 복수의 상기 신규 방수층의 들뜸현상을 방지할 수 있고, 나아가, 바닥재 수지를 균일한 상하두께를 이룰 수 있는 효과가 있다.
