THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELASTIC ARTIFICIAL TURF MAT AND ELASTIC ARTIFICIAL TURF MAT PREPARED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an elastic artificial turf mat and an elastic artificial turf mat manufactured thereby, which has an artificial turf pile formed on an upper side to grant soft aesthetic sensation, has a foaming sheet attached to a lower side of a polyethylene attachment surface integrated with a lower surface of an upper side to have water resistance, cold resistance, restorability, and stability, reduces the installation period and cost to have a high economic efficiency, is environmentally friendly, and has an elasticity with an excellent restorability. The manufacturing method of an elastic artificial turf mat comprises: a supplying step of supplying a fabric of the artificial turf and the foaming sheet to a guide roller while a first attachment surface of the fabric of the artificial turf faces a second attachment surface of the foaming sheet; a heating step of inducing the first attachment surface of the fabric of the artificial turf towards a first heating roller and the second attachment surface of the foaming sheet towards a second heating roller in order to heat the first attachment surface of the fabric of the artificial turf and the second attachment surface of the foaming sheet; and a pressurizing step of supplying the first attachment surface of the fabric of the artificial turf and the second attachment surface of the foaming sheet towards a pressurizing roller so that the first and second attachment surfaces are pressurized by being attached to each other.
본 발명은 상부에 인조잔디파일이 형성되어 있어 부드러운 심미감을 부여하면서도 상부의 저면에 일체로 부착된 폴리에틸렌 접착면 하부의 발포시트가 접착되어 내수성, 내한성, 복원성 및 안정성을 갖으며, 설치기간 및 비용의 단축으로 경제적이면서 친환경적일 뿐만 아니라 복원력이 우수한 탄성을 지닌 탄성인조잔디매트의 제조방법 및 이 제조방법에 의해 제조된 탄성인조잔디매트에 관한 것으로서, 인조잔디 원단의 제1접착면과 발포시트의 제2접착면이 서로 마주하면서 인조잔디 원단 및 발포시트가 가이드롤러로 공급되는 공급단계와, 상기 인조잔디 원단의 제1접착면을 가열 그리고 발포시트의 제2접착면을 가열하도록 인조잔디 원단의 제1접착면을 면접 가열시키는 제1가열롤러 그리고 발포시트의 제2접착면을 면접 가열시키는 제2가열롤러로 유도하는 가열단계 및, 상기 인조잔디 원단의 제1접착면과 발포시트의 제2접착면이 상호 부착되어 가압되도록 가압롤러로 공급하는 가압단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
