ASPHALT SURFACE TREATMENT COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING FREEZING OF ROAD PAVEMENT AND SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD FOR PREVENTING FREEZING OF ROAD PAVEMENT THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an asphalt-based anti-icing surface treatment composition for road pavement, comprising 5 to 85 wt% of a modified binder and 15 to 95 wt% of a functional filler, wherein the modified binder comprises: 1 to 40% of bitumen (oxidized bitumen); 1 to 35 wt% of styrene; 0.1 to 20 wt% of a butyl-butadiene copolymer; 0.1 to 20 wt% of acrylic acid-2-chloroethyl-acrylonitrile copolymer; 0.1 to 15 wt% of 6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline; 0.1 to 15 wt% of butylidenebis (3-methyl-6-tertbutylphenol); and 0.01 to 15 wt% of gamma-methacoxypropyl-trimethoxysilane, and to an anti-icing surface treatment method for road pavement using the same. According to the present invention, it is excellent in strength, adhesion, abrasion resistance, and durability, and an anti-icing agent can maintain a high anti-freezing function, thereby preventing snow road accident and aging of road facilities.
본 발명은 개질 결합재 5~85 중량% 및 기능성 충전재 15~95중량%를 포함하며, 개질 결합재는, 비투멘(oxidized bitumen) 1~40중량%, 스티렌 1~35중량%,부틸-부타디엔 공중합체 0.1~20중량%, 아크릴산-2-클로로에틸-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 0.1~20중량%, 6- 에톡시-2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디하이드로퀴놀린 0.1~15중량%, 부틸이덴비스(3-메틸-6-터트부틸페놀) 0.1~15중량% 및 γ-메타크록시프로필-트리메톡시실란 0.01~15중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 포장용 아스팔트계 결빙방지 표면처리 조성물 및 이를 이용한 도로 포장 결빙방지 표면 처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 강도, 부착력, 내마모성 및 내구성이 우수하고, 결빙 방지제가 높은 결빙 기능을 유지할 수 있어 눈길 미끄럼 사고 및 도로시설물의 노화를 방지할 수 있다.
