Connecting unit of building roof panel and roof system comprising the same and the method thereof
A roof panel connecting unit according to one embodiment of the present invention is a roof panel connecting unit which defines an interval to install an insulating material between a lower panel and an upper panel constituting the roof of a building. To this end, the roof panel connecting unit comprises: a mounting unit mounted on the lower panel having a flat unit formed in a flat surface and a curved unit upwardly protruding from the flat unit; a main body unit connected to the upper side of the mounting unit; a horizontal space forming unit connected to the main body unit, and forming a first insertion groove in a horizontal direction to provide a space into which a horizontal angle is inserted to support the upper panel; a vertical space forming unit connected to the main body unit to intersect with the horizontal space forming unit, and forming a second insertion groove in a vertical direction to provide a space into which a vertical angle is inserted to support the upper panel; and a fastening unit penetrating the main body unit and the mounting unit while being fastened to the lower panel, so as to allow the mounting unit and the main body unit to be fixed to the lower panel. Here, the mounting unit may be provided with a subsidence unit which is formed by being subsided in a shape corresponding to the curved unit from the lower side surface. Therefore, fabrication costs can be reduced, and construction efficiency can be improved.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지붕 패널 연결유닛은, 건축구조물의 지붕을 구성하는, 하부패널과 상부패널 사이에 단열재를 설치하기 위한 이격거리를 규정하는 지붕 패널 연결유닛에 있어서, 평탄면으로 형성된 평탄부와 상기 평탄부로부터 상측으로 돌출된 절곡부가 형성된 상기 하부패널에 안착되는 안착부, 상기 안착부의 상측에 연결되는 본체부, 상기 본체부에 연결되며, 가로방향으로 제1 삽입홈을 형성하여 상기 상부패널을 지지하는 가로앵글이 삽입되는 공간을 제공하는 가로공간형성부, 상기 가로공간형성부와 교차되도록 상기 본체부에 연결되며, 세로방향으로 제2 삽입홈을 형성하여 상기 상부패널을 지지하는 세로앵글이 삽입되는 공간을 제공하는 세로공간형성부 및 상기 본체부와 상기 안착부를 관통한 채, 상기 하부패널에 체결되어 상기 안착부 및 상기 본체부가 상기 하부패널에 고정되도록 하는 체결부를 포함하며, 상기 안착부는, 하측면으로부터, 상기 절곡부와 대응되는 형상으로 함입되어 형성되는 함입부를 구비할 수 있다.
