Manufacturing apparatus and method for hybrid fiber reinforced plastic rebar for concrete
The present invention relates to manufacturing apparatus of a fiber reinforced composite reinforcing bar having excellent corrosion resistance and durability, and to a method thereof. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a resin-impregnated portion formed so as to be impregnated by unraveling roving fibers into bundles, respectively, from a plurality of single-eld rovings in which composite reinforcing bar roving fibers are wound; a reinforcing bar rod processing portion formed to insert the bundles of roving fibers impregnated into the resin-impregnated portion together, and pultrusion-molding the bundles of roving fibers to be processed with a reinforcing bar rod; a winding portion forming a rib by spirally winding a rib fiber to an outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing bar rod discharged from the reinforcing bar rod processing portion; a hardening portion accelerating a hardening reaction by applying heat to the reinforcing bar rod with the rib formed thereon; and a caterpillar portion formed to continuously pull the reinforcing bar rod discharged from the winding portion and the hardening portion backward.
본 발명은 복합체 보강근 로빙 섬유가 감겨진 복수의 싱글엘드 로빙으로부터 각각 상기 로빙 섬유들을 다발로 풀어내어 함침되도록 형성되는 수지 함침부, 상기 수지 함침부에 함침된 상기 로빙 섬유 다발이 함께 투입되게 형성되며, 상기 로빙 섬유 다발을 인발성형하여 보강근 로드로 가공하는 보강근 로드 가공부, 상기 보강근 로드 가공부에서 배출된 상기 보강근 로드의 외주면으로 리브용 섬유를 나선형으로 와인딩하여 리브를 형성하는 와인딩부, 상기 리브가 형성된 상기 보강근 로드로 열을 가하여 경화 반응을 촉진시키는 경화부 및 상기 와인딩부 및 상기 경화부에서 배출되는 상기 보강근 로드를 후방으로 연속해서 당겨주도록 형성되는 캐터필러부를 포함한다.
