The present invention relates to a top-down construction method of an underground structure using a grouting method for reinforcing a joint generated when a building is constructed and, more specifically, to a top-down construction method of an underground structure of a building using a joint grouting method, which simply injects a reinforcing material (filler) such as grout so as to prevent cracks in a joint between pre-placed concrete and post-placed concrete to promote constructability and economic feasibility and more stably constructs columns of a foundation structure to prevent a sinkhole phenomenon.
본 발명은 건축물의 건축시 발생되는 조인트(이음부)를 보강하기 위한 그라우팅 공법을 이용한 지하 구조물의 역타공법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 선타설 콘크리트와 후타설 콘크리트 사이의 이음부인 조인트부의 균열 방지를 위해 그라우트(grout)와 같은 보강재(충전재)를 간편하게 주입하여 시공성 및 경제성을 도모하는 한편, 기초 구조물의 기둥을 더욱 안정적으로 시공하여 씽크홀 현상을 방지할 수 있는 건축물의 조인트 그라우팅 공법을 이용한 지하 구조물의 역타공법에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a top-down construction method of an underground structure using a grouting method for reinforcing a joint generated when a building is constructed and, more specifically, to a top-down construction method of an underground structure of a building using a joint grouting method, which simply injects a reinforcing material (filler) such as grout so as to prevent cracks in a joint between pre-placed concrete and post-placed concrete to promote constructability and economic feasibility and more stably constructs columns of a foundation structure to prevent a sinkhole phenomenon.
본 발명은 건축물의 건축시 발생되는 조인트(이음부)를 보강하기 위한 그라우팅 공법을 이용한 지하 구조물의 역타공법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 선타설 콘크리트와 후타설 콘크리트 사이의 이음부인 조인트부의 균열 방지를 위해 그라우트(grout)와 같은 보강재(충전재)를 간편하게 주입하여 시공성 및 경제성을 도모하는 한편, 기초 구조물의 기둥을 더욱 안정적으로 시공하여 씽크홀 현상을 방지할 수 있는 건축물의 조인트 그라우팅 공법을 이용한 지하 구조물의 역타공법에 관한 것이다.
