The present invention relates to a parking barrier for outputting a warning message when a barrier bar is lowered, which comprises a barrier bar and a barrier main body opening and closing the barrier bar and controls the entry and exit of a vehicle, wherein the barrier main body includes: a control part controlling opening and closing of the barrier bar; and a voice outputting part connected to the control part to output the pre-stored warning message through a speaker when a blocking signal is received from the control part. According to the present invention, provided is the parking barrier for outputting a warning message when the barrier bar is lowered, which outputs the warning message through the speaker when the barrier bar is lowered, thereby enabling pedestrians to recognize and safely avoid the barrier bar.
본 발명은 차단기바의 하강에 따라 경고멘트를 출력하는 주차차단기에 있어서, 차단기바와 상기 차단기바를 개폐하는 차단기 본체로 구성되는 차량 입출을 통제하는 주차차단기에 있어서, 상기 차단기 본체는, 차단기바의 개폐를 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어부와 연결되어 상기 제어부로부터 차단신호가 수신되면 스피커를 통해 미리 저장된 경고멘트를 출력하는 음성출력부;를 포함하는 차단기바의 하강에 따라 경고멘트를 출력하는 주차차단기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 차단기바의 하강 시 스피커를 통해 경고멘트를 출력하여 보행자들이 이를 인지하여 안전하게 피해갈 수 있는 차단기바의 하강에 따라 경고멘트를 출력하는 주차차단기를 제공할 수 있다.
