The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an artificial turf mat using pile yarns having various thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes, and an artificial turf mat manufactured by selecting pile yarns having various thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes for turfting and weaving the same on blowhole paper wherein a back surface of the blowhole paper is formed by heat bonding or entire back coating. The method of manufacturing an artificial turf mat using pile yarns having various thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes comprises: a step (a) of obtaining pile yearns having various thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes by using a spinning machine; a step (b) of turfting and weaving two-six pillars of pile yearns selected from the pile yearns having various thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes on blowhole paper; and a step (c) of heating a back surface of the blowhole paper with heat of a heat bonding or entire back coating process. Accordingly, the artificial turf mat having various thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes, manufactured according to the present invention, has characteristics of uprightness, restoring force, repulsive force, abrasion resistance, ball rolling, and reduction of frictional force, and the above characteristics are applied according to a sport field such that athletic performance of a user can be improved.
본 발명은 기포지에 굵기 및 단면 형상이 다양한 파일원사를 선택하여 터프팅 제직하고, 상기 기포지의 뒷면을 열융착 또는 전면 백 코팅으로 구성되는 인조잔디매트 및 (a) 방사기에서 굵기 및 단면 형상이 다양한 파일원사를 얻는 단계, (b) 기포지에 상기 굵기 및 단면 형상이 다양한 중에서 선택된 파일원사를 2 ~ 6 필러를 터프팅 제직하는 단계, (c) 열융착 또는 전면 백 코팅 공정의 열로 기포지의 뒷면을 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굵기 및 단면 형상이 다양한 파일원사를 이용한 인조잔디매트 제조방법 및 그 방법으로 제조되는 인조잔디매트에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에 따라 제조되는 굵기 및 단면 형상이 다양한의 인조잔디매트는 직립성, 복원력, 반발력, 내마모성, 볼구름성 및 마찰력 저감 등의 특성을 가지게 되고, 상기 특성을 스포츠 구장에 따라 적용함으로서 사용자의 경기력을 향상시킨다.
