A TRIPLE VACUUM GLASS
The present invention relates to an ultra-insulation three-layered vacuum glass which has a middle panel between a first glass panel and a second glass panel such that two vacuum spaces are formed between the first glass panel and the second glass panel, thereby having a greatly improved insulation effect than that of normal vacuum glass. According to the present invention, the three-layered vacuum glass comprises: a first glass panel; a second glass panel spaced apart from the first glass panel for a certain distance while facing the same; a middle panel placed between the first glass panel and the second glass panel to be in parallel to each of the first glass panel and the second glass panel; an exhaust hole formed by penetrating the first glass panel; an airtight unit placed on an edge part between the first glass panel and the middle panel and between the second glass panel and the middle panel to be attached to the first glass panel and the middle panel and the second glass panel and the middle panel; a sealing unit which seals the exhaust hole from an external surface of the first glass panel; and a chimney hole formed by penetrating the middle panel to make a space between the first glass panel and the middle panel communicate with a space between the second glass panel and the middle panel.
본 발명은 제1, 2 유리 패널 사이에 중간 패널이 더 구비되어 2개의 진공 공간이 제1, 2 유리 패널 사이에 형성되어 일반적인 진공 유리에 비하여 단열효과가 대폭 향상된 초단열 삼복층 진공유리에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 삼복층 진공 유리는 제1 유리 패널; 상기 제1 유리 패널과 일정한 간격으로 마주보며 이격되어 있는 제2 유리 패널; 상기 제1, 2 유리 패널 사이에 상기 제1, 2 유리 패널 각각과 평행하게 배치되는 중간 패널; 상기 제1 유리 패널을 관통하게 형성된 배기구; 상기 제1 유리 패널과 상기 중간 패널 및 상기 제2 유리 패널과 상기 중간 패널 사이의 가장 자리 부분에 위치하여 상기 제1 유리 패널과 중간 패널 및 상기 제2 유리 패널과 중간 패널에 접착되어 있는 밀폐부; 상기 제1 유리 패널의 외면에서 상기 배기구를 실링하는 실링부; 상기 중간 패널을 관통하여 형성되며, 상기 제1 유리 패널과 상기 중간 패널 사이의 공간 및 상기 제2 유리 패널과 상기 중간 패널 사이의 공간을 연통시키는 연통구;를 포함한다.
A TRIPLE VACUUM GLASS
