ROLLER GUIDE SAFETY APPARATUS FOR SLIDING DOOR
Disclosed is a roller guide safety apparatus for a sliding door which can minimize damage to components of a fixing unit and a guide unit to reduce component replacement costs. According to the present invention, the roller guide safety apparatus for a sliding door comprises: a sliding door coupled to a door frame of a sliding door, guided on a guide rail installed on the door frame to be horizontally slid to be opened and closed; fixing units separated and arranged at regular intervals on a lower side of the sliding door to be detachably installed, and provided with a rotation prevention protrusion on one side thereof to prevent reverse rotation of a height adjustment unit; a guide unit coupled to the fixing unit side to be vertically slid, and provided with a fastening part protruding from an upper side thereof, a roller on one side thereof to be guided on the guide rail to roll, and a guide pin to move along a groove of the guide rail; and the height adjustment unit positioned on the fixing units and screw-coupled to the fastening part of the guide unit to adjust the height of the guide unit.
미닫이식 도어용 롤러 가이드 안전 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 미닫이식 도어용 롤러 가이드 안전 장치는, 미닫이식 도어의 문틀에 결합되며, 문틀에 설치되는 가이드레일에 안내되어 좌·우 슬라이딩하여 개폐되는 미닫이 문; 미닫이 문의 하부측에 일정 간격으로 이격 배치되어 탈착가능하게 설치되며, 일측에 높낮이 조절유닛의 역회전을 방지하는 회전방지돌기가 구비된 고정유닛; 고정유닛측에 상·하 슬라이딩 이동이 가능하게 결합되며, 상부측에 돌출 형성된 체결부가 구비되고, 일측에 가이드레일에 안내되어 구름운동하는 롤러와, 가이드레일의 홈을 따라 이동하는 가이드핀을 갖는 가이드유닛; 및 고정유닛 상에 위치하며, 가이드유닛의 체결부와 나사식 결합되어 가이드유닛의 높낮이를 조절하는 높낮이 조절유닛; 을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
