The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing impurities on a screen, which removes impurities filtered on screens (20) installed at each of a plurality of floodgates (10) provided in a facility constructed by crossing a waterway. The apparatus for removing impurities on the screen includes: a rail frame (100) transversely provided at upper sides of the plurality of floodgates (10); a moving module (200) mounted on the rail frame (100) and transversely moved in left, right, front, and back directions by a control module (600) to be moved to an upper portion of any one of the floodgates (10); a lifting module (300) mounted on the moving module (200) and driving a wire rope (310) into a vertical lower portion to vertically move a collecting module (400); the collecting module (400) coupled to the lifting module (300) to be vertically moved between the screens (20) and a discharge module (500) and collecting and lifting the impurities stuck on the front of the screens (20); and a discharge module (500) transversely provided on a lower portion of the rail frame (100) to drive a conveyor (510) in one direction and lifting the impurities from the collecting module (400) to transport the same, thereby more efficiently removing the impurities on the screen in the facility having the plurality of floodgates.
본 발명은 스크린협잡물 제거장치에 관한 발명으로, 수로를 횡단하여 축조된 시설에 구비되는 다수의 수문(10)마다 설치되는 스크린(20)에 여과되는 스크린협잡물 제거장치에 있어서, 다수의 수문(10) 상측에서 횡으로 구비하는 레일프레임(100)과, 레일프레임(100) 상에 안착하고 제어모듈(600)에 의해 좌, 우 및 전, 후 횡동하여 임의의 수문(10) 상부로 이동하는 이동모듈(200)과, 이동모듈(200) 상에 장착하고 와이어로프(310)를 연직 하방으로 구동하여 수거모듈(400)을 종동하는 승강모듈(300)과, 승강모듈(300)에 결합하여 스크린(20)과 배출모듈(500) 사이를 종동하고 스크린(20) 전방에 걸린 협잡물을 수거하여 인양하는 수거모듈(400)과, 레일프레임(100)의 하부에서 횡으로 구비하여 컨베이어(510)를 일 방향으로 구동하고 수거모듈(400)로부터 협잡물을 인양받아 이송하는 배출모듈(500)을 포함하여 구성함에 따라 다수의 수문이 구비되는 시설의 스크린협잡물을 보다 효율적으로 제거하는 것이 특징이다.
