The present invention relates to a connection apparatus for a prefabricated structure and a prefabricated structure having the same and, more specifically, to a connection apparatus for a prefabricated structure and a prefabricated structure having the same, wherein the connection apparatus for a prefabricated structure allows frame bars forming the structure to be connected to each other at a different angle from a right angle and enables upright installation with respect to a frame forming a shape such as a ring or the like while a plurality of frame bars are connected to each other.
