The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly revetment block including charcoal powder, and to an eco-friendly revetment block including charcoal powder manufactured by the same. The method comprises: a step of preparing a composition for the eco-friendly revetment block including the charcoal powder, by dry-mixing, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement, 30-60 parts by weight of charcoal fine powder, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a strength reinforcing fiber, 0.1-5 parts by weight of isothiocyanic acid allyl, and 50-1,000 parts by weight of aggregate, and further adding 70-300 parts by weight of mixing water; a material inserting step of inserting the prepared composition for the eco-friendly revetment block including the charcoal powder to a block molding device; a vibration compression molding step of applying surface vibration of 45-70 Hz and pressure of 50-300 kg/cm^2 to the block molding device in which the material is inserted, and molding the material for 10-60 seconds; and a steam curing step of increasing a temperature at a speed of 14-16°C/h to reach a maximum temperature of 60-70°C, and steam-curing for 7-10 hours. The present invention minimizes elution of harmful components and enhances durability such as compressive strength by minimizing a usage amount of general cement, and protects an environment by using the charcoal powder and recycled industrial by-products.
본 발명은 시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여, 숯 미분말 30 내지 60 중량부; 강도보강 섬유 0.1 내지 5 중량부; 이소티오시안산 알릴 0.1 내지 5 중량부; 및 골재 50 내지 1,000 중량부를 건식혼합한 후, 혼합수 70 내지 300 중량부를 더 혼합하여, 숯분말을 포함하는 친환경 호안블럭용 조성물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 준비된 숯분말을 포함하는 친환경 호안블럭용 조성물을 블록성형기에 투입하는 재료투입단계; 상기 재료가 투입된 블록성형기에 45 내지 70 Hz의 표면진동과 50 내지 300 kg/cm2의 압력을 가하여, 10 내지 60 초 동안 성형하는 진동압축성형 단계; 및 최고온도 60 내지 70℃에 도달하도록 14 내지 16 ℃/h의 속도로 온도를 상승시키면서 7 내지 10 시간 동안 증기양생시키는 증기양생 단계;를 포함하여, 보통 시멘트의 사용량을 최소화하여, 유해성분의 용출을 최소화하고 압축강도 등의 내구성을 강화할 뿐만 아니라, 숯 분말과 재활용된 산업 부산물을 사용함으로써 환경을 보호할 수 있는 숯분말을 포함하는 친환경 호안블럭의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 숯분말을 포함하는 친환경 호안블럭에 관한 것이다.
