The present invention relates to a coupler for connecting a rebar, which assembles a rebar inserted into the inner surface of a hollow part of a connection pipe forming a coupler without a malfunction to allow firm connection such that a structure can be firmly constructed. To this end, the coupler for connecting a rebar enables a split fastener formed with an inclined surface to be elastically assembled with a spring in a hollow part of the inner surface of a connection pipe formed with an inclined surface. According to the present invention, an inner step is formed at an inlet of the hollow part of the connection pipe, a front end part of the split fastener is locked by the inner step, and a fitting guide part formed with a locking jaw is formed at an inlet of the front end of the split fastener. Also, an inner diameter of the fitting guide part is formed to be wider than that of an inlet of the hollow part of the connection pipe such that the front end of the split fastener is covered by the inner step of the connection pipe to be concealed. Therefore, the rebar can be fitted and assembled by having the front end of the rebar not being in contact with the front end of the split fastener but being fitted into the split fastener by a predetermined length to be in contact with the locking jaw when the rebar is fitted into the inlet of the hollow part of the connection pipe.
본 발명은 철근 연결용 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 특히 커플러를 구성하는 연결관체의 중공부 내면에 끼워지는 철근의 결합이 오작동없이 조립되게 하여 견고한 결속이 이루어질 수 있게 함으로서, 구조물의 견고한 시공이 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 경사면이 형성된 연결관체의 내면중공부에, 경사면이 형성된 분할결속구를 스프링으로 탄지되게 조립한 철근 연결용 커플러를 구성함에 있어서, 연결관체의 중공부 입구에 내측 단턱을 구성하고, 상기 내측 단턱에 분할결속구의 선단부가 걸려지게 하되, 분할결속구의 선단부 입구에 걸림턱이 형성된 끼움안내부를 구성하고, 상기 끼움안내부의 내경이 연결관체의 중공부 입구 내경보다 넓게 구성하여, 분할결속구의 선단부가 연결관체의 내측 단턱에 가려져 은폐되게 함으로서, 연결관체의 중공부 입구에 철근을 끼울때 철근의 선단부가 분할결속구의 선단부와 접촉하지 않고, 분할결속구에 일정길이 끼워지게 한 다음 걸림턱과 접촉하여 철근이 끼워져 조립될 수 있게 한 것이다.
