A multi-foldable sliding screen door device according to the present invention comprises: a base frame module (100) fixedly installed along a screen; a rail frame module (200) arranged over one side of the base frame module (100); a driving gear box (300) arranged at one side of the base frame module (100) and the upper portion of the rail frame module (200); a plurality of driven gear boxes having a driven pulley connected through a driving power delivery body with respect to a driving pulley constituting the driving gear box (300) in a state of being arranged over the base frame module (100); and a plurality of sliding doors which perform opening and closing motions at different speeds in accordance with the driving power in the gear boxes in a state of being connected to a door moving bar coupled to the driving power delivery body connecting the driving pulley to the driven pulley. The driving gear box (300) comprises a main gear unit (320) directly receiving driving power from the driving shaft coupled to a driving motor (310), and at least one driven gear unit (330) coupled over the main gear unit (320) by means of a predetermined gear tooth number ratio. The main gear unit (320) and the driven gear unit (330) individually comprise a driving gear provided in a shape of being successively engaged by means of a predetermined gear tooth number ratio and a driving pulley rotating at the same speed as the number of revolutions of the driving gear in a state of being coupled to the rotary shaft coupled to the driving gear. Therefore, passengers can stably get in and out of a train.
본 발명에 따른 다중 접철식 슬라이딩 스크린 도어 장치는, 스크린을 따라 고정 설치되는 베이스 프레임 모듈(100); 상기 베이스 프레임 모듈(100)의 일측 상에 배치되는 레일 프레임 모듈(200); 상기 베이스 프레임 모듈(100)의 일측 및 상기 레일 프레임 모듈(200)의 상부에 배치된 상태의 구동 기어 박스(300); 상기 베이스 프레임 모듈(100) 상에 배치된 상태에서 상기 구동 기어 박스(300)를 이루는 구동 풀리에 대해서 동력 전달체를 통해 연결되는 피동 풀리를 갖는 복수의 피동 기어 박스; 및 상기 구동 풀리와 피동 풀리를 연결하는 동력 전달체에 결합된 도어 무빙바에 연결되어진 상태에서 상기 기어 박스에서의 구동력을 따라 상이한 속도로 개폐 구동을 하는 복수의 슬라이딩 도어;를 포함하고, 상기 구동 기어 박스(300)는, 구동 모터(310)에 결합된 구동축으로부터 직접적으로 동력을 제공받는 메인 기어부(320), 상기 메인 기어부(320) 상에 소정의 기어 잇수비를 통해 결합되는 하나 이상의 종동 기어부(330)를 포함하고, 상기 메인 기어부(320)와 종동 기어부(330)는 각각 소정의 기어 잇수비를 통해 연속적으로 맞물리는 형태로 구비된 구동 기어 및 상기 구동 기어에 결합된 회전축에 결합된 상태에서 상기 구동 기어의 회전수와 동일한 속도로 회전하는 구동 풀리를 각각 포함한다.
