The present invention relates to a foldable safety railing of a new structure, which can be folded or unfolded in accordance with the need so as to prevent foreign substances from being stuck in case of a flood. According to the present invention, the foldable safety railing includes a support bar (A) comprising: a fixing bar (10) fixed to a bottom surface and including elongated holes (11) formed on both sides to be extended in a vertical direction; a bar body (20) formed into a bar shape extended in a vertical direction, having a lower part inserted into the fixing bar (10) and fixed, and including guide pins (21) provided on both sides to penetrate the elongated holes (11); and a fixing plate (30) provided on a side of the fixing bar (10) to fix the bar body (20). Accordingly, the fixing plate (30) is unfixed, and the bar body (20) is pulled upwards and then, is rotated forward to be simply folded. Therefore, as the bar body (20) is simply folded before the occurrence of flooding in a river or the like, various types of garbage, wood pieces and the like, coming along the river, can be prevented from being stuck in the safety railing.
본 발명은 필요에 따라 접거나 펼 수 있어서, 홍수 발생시 이물질이 걸리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 접이식 안전난간에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 접이식 안전난간은 상기 지지바(A)는 바닥면에 고정되며 양측에는 상하방향으로 연장된 장공(11)이 형성된 고정대(10)와, 상하방향으로 연장된 바형상으로 구성되며 하단이 상기 고정대(10)에 삽입고정되고 양측에는 상기 장공(11)을 관통하는 가이드핀(21)이 구비된 바본체(20)와, 상기 고정대(10)의 측면에 구비되어 상기 바본체(20)를 고정하는 고정판(30)으로 구성되어, 상기 고정판(30)의 고정을 해제하고, 바본체(20)를 상측으로 당긴 후, 전방으로 회동시킴으로써, 간단하게 접을 수 있다. 따라서, 강 등의 범람이 발생되기 전에 바본체(20)를 간단하게 접어, 강을 따라 떠내려 온 각종 쓰레기나 나뭇조각 등이 안전난간에 걸리는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
