The present invention relates to a hybrid system which reuses underground runoff and rainwater, comprising: a rainwater collection unit formed on buildings and ground to collect rainwater; a runoff collection unit formed underground and collecting underground runoff; a storage unit connected to a rainwater storage unit and a runoff storage unit, and storing the underground runoff and the rainwater; a purification unit purifying stored water stored in the storage unit; a supply unit supplying the stored water purified by the purification unit to the outside; a water collecting well in which the runoff collection unit is inserted into the ground, and which collects the rainwater; a supply pipe connected to the water collecting well and supplying the rainwater from an upper part of the building; and a supply pipeline connected to the water collecting well and formed by being buried in the ground, wherein the rainwater collection unit and the runoff collection unit comprises: a filtering device filtering the runoff and the rainwater supplied to the water collecting well; and a foreign matter discharge device discharging foreign matters.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 지하 유출수와 우수를 재사용하는 하이브리드 시스템에 있어서, 건물 및 지면에 형성되어 우수를 수집하는 우수수집부와, 지하에 형성되어 지하 유출수를 수집하는 유출수수집부와, 상기 우수저장부와 상기 유출수저장부에 연결되며, 지하 유출수 및 우수를 저장하는 저류부와, 상기 저류부에 저장된 저장수를 정화하는 정화부와, 상기 정화부에서 정화된 저장수를 외부로 공급하는 공급부를 구비하고, 상기 우수수집부는 지면에 삽입되며, 우수를 수집하는 집수정과, 상기 집수정에 연결되며, 건물의 상부에서 우수를 공급하는 공급관과, 상기 집수정에 연결되며, 지면에 매립되어 형성되는 공급관로를 구비하고, 상기 우수수집부와 상기 유출수수집부는 상기 저류부로 공급되는 유출수 및 우수를 여과하는 여과장치와, 이물질을 배출하는 이물질배출장치를 포함할 수 있다.
