The present invention relates to a multi-link hinge and, more specifically, to a multi-link hinge, which can allow a door to be easily closed and opened, minify a gap between the door and a main body, sufficiently secure a maximum opening angle of the door, and provide a convenience function when the door is opened and closed. To this end, the multi-link hinge includes: a cam coupled to the main body of a device having the door to be rotatable around a rotating shaft; an arm link installed on the door; an outer link of which one side is coupled to the cam to be rotatable and the other side is coupled to the arm link to be rotatable; an inner link which is installed on a lower portion side of the outer link and of which one side is coupled to the main body to be rotatable and the other side is coupled to the arm link to be rotatable; a connection link of which one side is coupled to the cam to be rotatable and the other side is coupled to the inner link to be rotatable and which transmits force rotating the inner link in an opposite direction of a rotating direction of the cam; and an elastic member which is installed on the lower portion side of the cam, of which one side is coupled to the main body to be rotatable and the other side is coupled to the cam to be rotatable, and which rotates the cam in a clockwise direction in accordance with an opening motion of the door and rotates the cam in a counterclockwise direction in accordance with a closing motion of the door by providing pushing force to the cam side.
본 발명은 멀티 링크 힌지에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 도어의 닫힘과 열림을 용이하게 함과 더불어 도어와 본체 사이의 갭(gap)을 작게 하면서도 도어의 최대 열림 각도를 충분히 확보 할 수 있으며, 또한 도어 개폐시 편의 기능을 제공할 수 있는 멀티 링크 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 도어가 마련된 기구의 본체와 회전축을 중심으로 회전가능하게 결합되는 캠; 상기 도어에 설치되는 암 링크; 일측이 상기 캠과 회전가능하게 결합되고 타측이 상기 암 링크와 회전가능하게 결합되는 아우터 링크, 상기 아우터 링크의 하부 측에 설치되며 일측이 상기 본체와 회전가능하게 결합되고, 타측이 상기 암 링크와 회전가능하게 결합되는 인너 링크; 일측이 상기 캠과 회전가능하게 결합되고 타측이 상기 인너 링크와 회전가능하게 결합되어, 상기 캠의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 인너 링크를 회전시키는 힘을 전달하는 연결 링크; 및 상기 캠의 하부 측에 설치되며 일측이 상기 본체와 회전가능하게 결합되고, 타측이 상기 캠과 회전가능하게 결합되어 상기 캠 측으로 미는 힘을 제공함으로써, 상기 도어의 열림동작에 따라 캠을 시계방향으로 회전시키며 상기 도어의 닫힘동작에 따라 캠을 반시계방향으로 회전시키는 탄성부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a multi-link hinge and, more specifically, to a multi-link hinge, which can allow a door to be easily closed and opened, minify a gap between the door and a main body, sufficiently secure a maximum opening angle of the door, and provide a convenience function when the door is opened and closed. 본 발명은 멀티 링크 힌지에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 도어의 닫힘과 열림을 용이하게 함과 더불어 도어와 본체 사이의 갭(gap)을 작게 하면서도 도어의 최대 열림 각도를 충분히 확보 할 수 있으며, 또한 도어 개폐시 편의 기능을 제공할 수 있는 멀티 링크 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 도어가 마련된 기구의 본체와 회전축을 중심으로 회전가능하게 결합되는 캠; 상기 도어에 설치되는 암 링크; 일측이 상기 캠과 회전가능하게 결합되고 타측이 상기 암 링크와 회전가능하게 결합되는 아우터 링크, 상기 아우터 링크의 하부 측에 설치되며 일측이 상기 본체와 회전가능하게 결합되고, 타측이 상기 암 링크와 회전가능하게 결합되는 인너 링크; 일측이 상기 캠과 회전가능하게 결합되고 타측이 상기 인너 링크와 회전가능하게 결합되어, 상기 캠의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 인너 링크를 회전시키는 힘을 전달하는 연결 링크; 및 상기 캠의 하부 측에 설치되며 일측이 상기 본체와 회전가능하게 결합되고, 타측이 상기 캠과 회전가능하게 결합되어 상기 캠 측으로 미는 힘을 제공함으로써, 상기 도어의 열림동작에 따라 캠을 시계방향으로 회전시키며 상기 도어의 닫힘동작에 따라 캠을 반시계방향으로 회전시키는 탄성부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
