A door apparatus capable of an emergency escape includes: a door frame forming an entrance; an entrance door member connected to the door frame to open and close the entrance, having an emergency exit on a lower end of one side, and having a transparent window on an upper portion; an emergency escape door member connected to the emergency exit to be detachable therefrom and opening and closing the emergency exit; and an approach detecting sensor detecting an approach of an accessor so as to open and close the entrance.
비상 탈출이 가능한 도어 장치는 출입구를 형성하는 도어 프레임과, 도어 프레임에 연결되어 출입구를 개폐하며 일측 하단에 비상 탈출구가 형성되고 투시창이 상부에 형성되는 출입 도어 부재와, 비상 탈출구에 탈착 가능하게 연결되어 비상 탈출구를 개폐하는 비상 탈출 도어 부재와, 출입구를 개폐하기 위해 출입자의 접근을 감지하는 접근 감지 센서를 포함한다.
