A cutoff apparatus for an intercepting sewer includes: a plurality of support members arranged adjacent to an inner wall of a drain pipe and providing a support surface facing a flow path through which sewage flows; an anchor bolt fixing the support members to the inner wall of the drain pipe; and a plurality of blocking panels supported on the support surface to block the sewage flowing along the drain pipe, supplied into the drain pipe through a manhole, and stacked to block the sewage flowing along the drain pipe. A cutoff operation can be performed while the blocking panels are inserted into the drain pipe through the manhole to vertically stand pipe and the blocking panels are inserted and fixed into a pair of support members by being rotated when the cutoff apparatus is installed on the intercepting sewer in which a width of the manhole is formed to be smaller than a width of the drain pipe.
본 발명은, 하수관의 내벽에 인접하게 배치되고, 하수가 흐르는 유로에 대향되는 지지면을 제공하는 복수 개의 지지부재; 상기 지지부재를 하수관의 내벽에 고정시키는 앵커볼트; 및 상기 지지면에 지지되어 하수관을 따라 흐르는 하수를 차단하고, 복수 개가 맨홀을 통해 상기 하수관 내부에 공급되고 복수 개가 적층되어 하수관을 따라 흐르는 하수를 차단하는 복수 개의 차단패널을 포함하고, 상기 맨홀의 폭이 상기 하수관의 폭과 비교하여 작게 형성되는 차집 관거에 차수장치를 설치할 때에 상기 차단패널을 수직으로 직립되게 상기 맨홀을 통해 상기 하수관으로 삽입하고, 상기 차단패널을 회전시켜 한 쌍의 상기 지지부재에 삽입하여 고정시키면서 차수작업을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
