The present invention relates to a dangerous article storage box including a safety door device. The dangerous article storage box includes: a case storing a dangerous article by including a plurality of shelves; an opening and closing door installed on an open front side of the case to be rotatable, and including first and second doors closed with one end overlapped; a closing member elastically installed in an operation space, which is formed in an upper part of the case, to be rotatable, and including first and second link units closing the first and second doors, which are open, respectively; a locking means installed in the operation space and including first and second assemblies keeping open the first and second doors, respectively; a cutting ring locked in the first assembly and made of lead, which can be cut off at no less than a set temperature in reaction to a fire, so as to unlock the first assembly to the first link unit; an un-locker including an unlocking spring elastically supported to the first assembly; and a toggle member installed between the first and second link units corresponding to each other to unlock the second link unit of the second assembly when the first door is closed by the closing of the first link unit. Therefore, since left and right opening and closing doors can be opened and closed in accordance with a set sequence, an open door is led to be automatically closed when a surrounding temperature reaches a designated temperature in case of a fire, which can result in safely storing a dangerous article as well as promoting use convenience.
본 발명은 안전 도어장치를 갖는 위험물 보관함에 관한 것으로, 다수의 선반을 포함하여 위험물을 보관하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 개방된 전면에 회동 가능하게 설치되며, 일단부가 포개지게 닫혀지는 제1도어 및 제2도어를 포함하는 개폐도어와, 상기 케이스의 상부에 형성된 작동공간에 회동 가능하게 탄성 구비되며, 개방된 제1도어 및 제2도어를 각각 닫는 제1링크유닛 및 제2링크유닛를 포함하는 닫힘부재와, 상기 작동공간에 구비되며, 상기 제1도어 및 제2도어의 개방 상태를 각각 유지하는 제1뭉치 및 제2뭉치를 포함하는 구속수단와, 상기 제1뭉치에 구속 구비하되, 화재에 반응하여 설정된 온도 이상에서 절단 가능한 납으로 이루어져 제1링크유닛에 대한 제1뭉치의 구속을 해제하는 절단링과, 제1뭉치에 탄성 지지하는 해제스프링을 포함하는 언락커와, 서로 대응되는 제1링크유닛 및 제2링크유닛의 사이에 구비되어 상기 제1링크유닛의 닫힘 작용으로 제1도어를 닫을 때, 상기 제2뭉치의 제2링크유닛의 구속을 해제하는 토글부재를 포함하는 구성으로 설정된 순차에 따라 좌/우 개폐도어가 개폐 가능하여 화재시 주변온도가 지정된 온도에 도달하면 자동으로 열려진 도어를 닫혀지지도록 하여 수납된 위험물을 안전하게 보관함과 아울러 사용상에 편의성을 도모할 수 있는 안전 도어장치를 갖는 위험물 보관함에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a dangerous article storage box including a safety door device. The dangerous article storage box includes: a case storing a dangerous article by including a plurality of shelves; an opening and closing door installed on an open front side of the case to be rotatable, and including first and second doors closed with one end overlapped; a closing member elastically installed in an operation space, which is formed in an upper part of the case, to be rotatable, and including first and second link units closing the first and second doors, which are open, respectively; a locking means installed in the operation space and including first and second assemblies keeping open the first and second doors, respectively; a cutting ring locked in the first assembly and made of lead, which can be cut off at no less than a set temperature in reaction to a fire, so as to unlock the first assembly to the first link unit; an un-locker including an unlocking spring elastically supported to the first assembly; and a toggle member installed between the first and second link units corresponding to each other to unlock the second link unit of the second assembly when the first door is closed by the closing of the first link unit. 본 발명은 안전 도어장치를 갖는 위험물 보관함에 관한 것으로, 다수의 선반을 포함하여 위험물을 보관하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 개방된 전면에 회동 가능하게 설치되며, 일단부가 포개지게 닫혀지는 제1도어 및 제2도어를 포함하는 개폐도어와, 상기 케이스의 상부에 형성된 작동공간에 회동 가능하게 탄성 구비되며, 개방된 제1도어 및 제2도어를 각각 닫는 제1링크유닛 및 제2링크유닛를 포함하는 닫힘부재와, 상기 작동공간에 구비되며, 상기 제1도어 및 제2도어의 개방 상태를 각각 유지하는 제1뭉치 및 제2뭉치를 포함하는 구속수단와, 상기 제1뭉치에 구속 구비하되, 화재에 반응하여 설정된 온도 이상에서 절단 가능한 납으로 이루어져 제1링크유닛에 대한 제1뭉치의 구속을 해제하는 절단링과, 제1뭉치에 탄성 지지하는 해제스프링을 포함하는 언락커와, 서로 대응되는 제1링크유닛 및 제2링크유닛의 사이에 구비되어 상기 제1링크유닛의 닫힘 작용으로 제1도어를 닫을 때, 상기 제2뭉치의 제2링크유닛의 구속을 해제하는 토글부재를 포함하는 구성으로 설정된 순차에 따라 좌/우 개폐도어가 개폐 가능하여 화재시 주변온도가 지정된 온도에 도달하면 자동으로 열려진 도어를 닫혀지지도록 하여 수납된 위험물을 안전하게 보관함과 아울러 사용상에 편의성을 도모할 수 있는 안전 도어장치를 갖는 위험물 보관함에 관한 것이다.
