The present invention relates to a movable beam device with a watertight hinge connection structure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the movable beam device with watertight connection which can protect a hinge connection portion from overflowing river water and increase operability of a movable panel portion and a support panel portion by connecting the movable panel portion and the support panel portion through a hinge, and providing a watertight structure to the hinge connection portion of the movable panel portion and the support panel portion. According to the present invention, the movable beam device comprises: the movable panel portion which is rotatably connected to and installed on foundation concrete and has a hinge reinforcement at an upper end installed in a widthwise direction of a river; a support panel unit which is installed so that an upper end of a body panel is hinged to the upper end of the movable panel portion, and a lower end of the body panel is in rolling contact with the foundation concrete positioned on a downstream side (D) of a movable panel; and a pressurized watertight portion installed to be connected to an upper end of the movable panel portion and an upper end of the support panel portion. The movable panel portion and the support panel portion are hinged to a hinge bracket protruding in a hinge connection groove by inserting a panel bracket provided on the body panel of the support panel portion within the hinge connection groove provided in the hinge reinforcement of the movable panel portion. The pressurized watertight portion is installed so that a watertight sheet is overlaid from the movable panel portion to the support panel portion while surrounding the hinge reinforcement of the movable panel portion.
본 발명은 수밀 힌지연결구조를 구비하는 가동보 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 가동패널부과 지지패널부가 힌지연결되되, 가동패널부와 지지패널부의 힌지연결부위에 수밀구조를 부여하여, 월류되는 하천수로부터 힌지연결부위를 보호하고 이를 통해 가동패널부와 지지패널부의 작동성을 향상시킬 수 있는 수밀연결이 이루어진 가동보 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 기초콘크리트에 회동가능하게 연결설치되고 상단에 힌지보강대가 하천 폭방향으로 설치된 가동패널부; 가동패널부의 상단에 본체패널의 상단이 힌지연결되고 본체패널의 하단이 가동패널의 하류측(D)에 위치하는 기초콘크리트에 구름접촉되어지도록 설치되는 지지패널부; 가동패널부의 상단과 지지패널부의 상단에 연결되도록 설치되는 압박수밀부를 포함하되, 가동패널부와 지지패널부는 가동패널부의 힌지보강대에 구비된 힌지연결홈내에서 지지패널부의 본체패널에 구비된 패널브래킷이 삽입되어, 힌지연결홈내 돌출형성된 힌지브래킷에 힌지 연결되며, 압박수밀부는 가동패널부의 힌지보강대를 감싸며 가동패널부에서 지지패널부에 수밀시트가 걸쳐져 위치되도록 설치되어 있다.

The present invention relates to a movable beam device with a watertight hinge connection structure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the movable beam device with watertight connection which can protect a hinge connection portion from overflowing river water and increase operability of a movable panel portion and a support panel portion by connecting the movable panel portion and the support panel portion through a hinge, and providing a watertight structure to the hinge connection portion of the movable panel portion and the support panel portion. According to the present invention, the movable beam device comprises: the movable panel portion which is rotatably connected to and installed on foundation concrete and has a hinge reinforcement at an upper end installed in a widthwise direction of a river; a support panel unit which is installed so that an upper end of a body panel is hinged to the upper end of the movable panel portion, and a lower end of the body panel is in rolling contact with the foundation concrete positioned on a downstream side (D) of a movable panel; and a pressurized watertight portion installed to be connected to an upper end of the movable panel portion and an upper end of the support panel portion. The movable panel portion and the support panel portion are hinged to a hinge bracket protruding in a hinge connection groove by inserting a panel bracket provided on the body panel of the support panel portion within the hinge connection groove provided in the hinge reinforcement of the movable panel portion. The pressurized watertight portion is installed so that a watertight sheet is overlaid from the movable panel portion to the support panel portion while surrounding the hinge reinforcement of the movable panel portion.
