    The present invention provides an adhesive earthquake-proof structure construction method, which improves earthquake-proof and seismic isolating functions by applying an earthquake-proof structure installed on a ground building in an adhesive manner, and an earthquake-proof structure having the same. In addition, according to the present invention, the adhesive earthquake-proof structure construction method and the earthquake-proof structure having the same provide an advantage of preventing generation of dust by perforation.
