URETHANE FOAM WATERPROOF MORTAR CONSTRUCTION DEVICE AND METHOD
The present invention relates to a construction device and method for urethane foam waterproof mortar. The construction device and method for urethane foam waterproof mortar comprises: a first vacuum chamber (10) of which the inside is in a vacuum state and in which a prepolymer urethane A agent is stored; a second vacuum chamber (20) of which the inside is in a vacuum state and in which an urethane B agent is stored; a third vacuum chamber (30) of which the inside is in a vacuum state and in which a zeolite catalyst is stored; an electric heater (40) for heating the urethane agent A agent and the urethane B agent transferred from the first and second vacuum chambers (10, 20); a transfer pump (50) for transferring the urethane A agent and the urethane B agent heated by the electric heater (40) and the zeolite catalyst; a sprayer (60) for mixing the urethane A agent, the urethane B agent, and the zeolite catalyst transferred by the transfer pump (50) at a ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 and spraying the mixture through a nozzle tube (61); a chemical solution supply unit (70) connected to the nozzle tube (61) in a branch manner so as to supply a mixed chemical solution of silicon oil, boron nitride, and carbon dioxide to the urethane mixture sprayed by the sprayer (60); and a heating coil (80) wound around the nozzle tube (61) to surround the nozzle tube in order to prevent hardening of waterproof mortar sprayed through the nozzle tube (61). Therefore, the construction device and method can reduce construction and maintenance costs.
본 발명은 우레탄 발포 방수 몰타르 시공장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 내부 진공상태를 이루는 가운데 프리폴리머 우레탄 A제가 보관되는 제1진공챔버(10)와; 내부 진공상태를 이루는 가운데 우레탄 B제가 보관되는 제2진공챔버(20)와; 내부 진공상태를 이루는 가운데 제올라이트 촉매가 보관되는 제3진공챔버(30)와; 상기 제1,2진공챔버(10,20)로 부터 이송되는 우레탄 A제와, 우레탄 B제를 가열하는 전기히터(40)와; 상기 전기히터(40)에 의해 가열된 우레탄 A제와 우레탄 B제 및 제올라이트 촉매를 이송시키는 이송펌프(50)와; 상기 이송펌프(50)에 의해 이송된 우레탄 A제와 우레탄 B제 및 제올라이트 촉매를 1:1:1의 비율로 혼합하여 노즐관(61)을 통해 분사하는 분사기(60)와; 상기 분사기(60)를 통해 분사되는 우레탄 혼합물에 실리콘오일, 질화붕소, 이산화탄소의 혼합 약액의 공급이 이루도록 노즐관(61)에 분기 연결이 이루어지는 약액공급부(70)와; 상기 노즐관(61)을 통해 분사되는 방수 몰타르의 경화를 방지하기 위해 노즐관(61)을 감싸는 형태로 감겨져 구비되는 가열코일(80);을 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
