SECTIONAL SOUND INSULATION PANEL USING COMPRESSED CORK
Provided is a prefabricated sound insulation panel using a compressed cork, which is formed by connecting sound insulation blocks in a prefabricated manner after the sound insulation blocks are formed by using the compressed cork as a sound insulation material for reducing a noise between floors, thereby being simply constructed. Also, the prefabricated sound insulation panel using the compressed cork has circular male and female connecting parts formed on each of the compressed cork sound insulation blocks when the compressed cork blocks are formed, thereby being simply and solidly prefabricated. In addition, the prefabricated sound insulation panel using the compressed cork has an increased sound insulation surface area by allowing a side cross-section of the unit sound insulation material to protrude in a trapezoidal shape when the compressed cork blocks are formed, thereby improving sound insulation performance.
층간 소음 등을 저감시키기 위한 차음재로서 압축코르크를 활용하여 차음블록을 형성하고, 이러한 차음블록을 조립식으로 연결하여 차음패널을 형성함으로써, 간편하게 시공할 수 있고, 또한, 압축코르크 블록 형성시 압축코르크 차음블록마다 원형의 암수 이음부를 형성함에 따라 간편하면서도 견고하게 조립할 수 있으며, 또한, 압축코르크 블록 형성시 단위 차음재의 측단면을 사다리꼴 형상으로 돌출시켜 차음 표면적을 증가시킴으로써 차음 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는, 압축코르크를 활용한 조립식 차음 패널이 제공된다.
